You are tying it too much to the biblical angels. There are several types of angels. There’s the Valkyries of the Norse gods for example. Then there’s the companion deities of the Greeks and Romans and of course the Angels of the Christians. The one thing these all have on common is they willingly subordinate themselves to other deities. I think that’s what they were going for with these characters

Not really, If you learn very deep in Biblical studies you will know that Angel or Malakh in Bible is derive from Malakh in Canaanite mythology. Canaanite Malakh is 4th class deities who have job to deliver message between high gods. They are lesser deities and have wings. Even in the Bible there are some Occasion an Angel too being called a god. Example in the story the birth of Samson, when Angels inform his parents about the birth of Samson they don't know the person that talking to them is an Angel, then when the angel flying to sky Manoah said this: " We shall surely die, for we have seen a god! I guess it’s dependant on the individuals Universe 9 seemed scummy and the destroyer lazy so I’m guessing the Angel didn’t like him much… whilst Universe 10 Angel seemed legit sad when they got erased

6:27 - Honestly? Both. That's the paradox that makes the angels interesting to me. I find them interesting exactly because I want to know more about them. And I want to know more about them because they're mysterious. If they stopped being mysterious I probably wouldn't find them as interesting. But so long as they remain mysterious I will want to know more about them.

Feel like the angels are the real gods of the dragon ball universe I mean they have the ability to create, destroy, resurrection, and wind back time, and these abilities aren’t just exclusive to the grand priest. Since they have their code that doesn’t really let them fight or do anything that would allow them to run the universes, they play the role of master and attendant to the G.O.D and the Omni king and I suspect they are also the ones responsible for creating the Kai’s and gave them their abilities of creation and not to mention the universe 10 supreme Kai have the time rings. My theory is that a higher being possibly the creator of the super dragon balls set up the code on them possible because they were way too strong and needed to be limited just so one of them didn’t just want to rule over everything

Supreme Kai’s are divine beings whilst Gods of Destruction’s are mortals subject to mortal desires/emotion/errors etc. Since they are so powerful and flawed the Angels need to guide them and make sure they don’t destroy everything lol

@@Artanis667 the Kai’s have their own hierarchal structures in place to prevent imbalances of power… you’ve got your quadrant Kai’s -> grand Kai -> Supreme Kai and apprentice/attendant Kai’s at each level. Supreme Kai often has correspondence with the destroyer and Angel 👍 In terms of the Kai species (Core People), they live on their own world and the evil ones are usually cast into the demon realm to live. Zamasu was an isolated case, in part Gowasu’s fault for not addressing his faults but remember Zamasu was still considered pure hearted in terms of why he did the things he did. And Old Kai was part fused with a witch which I’m sure gave him some of her characteristics. Perversion whilst frowned upon isn’t necessarily evil

Got an idea of a breed. Celestial breed- created when humans truly become to wise honorable etc for the mortal existence. As long as they stay, wise, honorable, refined, virtue, they truly become, invincible, omnipotent power in every way to no end, immortal cannot be erased killed nor slain, stay young, etc. They so powerful they forbidden to be used in combat ever, no other beings can ever oppose them and win. Selestials are the pinnacle as the superior breed overall past present future for all eternity. They look, their skin, clothes, weapons, all consist blending in with their skin color. Ther skin can be either any color , their appearance all over look like outer space with stars sparkling on them.

I would like to know more about the rings and why the grand priest ring is different from the rest? Also why do they all have staffs but grand priest doesn't? I wondering if that is the source of their powers and Grand priest is the one who gave it to them so that they are safe. Only reason behind the staff idea really is because the staff's ring is in the same position as the grand priest ring. Anyone know or have any theories'?

In the manga, the Grand Priest does have a staff (which is black) and uses it just like his sons do. Now for the ring/halo we don't know much.
