I love the virtual aspect which helps me because I don’t have a partner to help me with those speed and agility drills that require two people, and this is going to help me with basketball. This type of technology and training is very helpful. I have done this workout twice and it was really good. Not sure if any one on youtube is providing this type of workout experience. Would love to see more of this type of videos and maybe even longer training time.

Alex G I’d recommend 3 times a week. Implement it into your current workout or do it on your days off
