I really love your approach. You set such a calm and mindful intention with the way you structure your workouts and with there being limited audio. This was great using a 12 kg kettlebell and 8 kg dumbells! I would probably add some weight in some of the exercises, but can't imagine doing it with 20 kg like Heather! 😂😅 Goals! 💪🏼 (burned 280 cals on my fitbit)
