Do I need to work this devotion early in the day- my pelvis seems tired at 6:00 pm. .

It can be really helpful to do your daily self-care (devotional) somatic practices earlier in the day, when you have more energy. Earlier also tends to be when people with pelvic floor challenges are less symptomatic.
