Join in for a 20 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT with NO squats or lunges. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights. I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells, but choose the weights that suit you best. Warm up and cool down are included. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I loved it thank you so much. It was perfect for me. I am about 13 weeks post knee replacement surgery so squatting is still a little bit of a challenge and painful. I actually did it twice. ❤

Try to vary my routine but come back to this as I like the floor exercises which is important had I have bad knees

I love this workout without squats and lunges. Your workouts are easy to follow and fun to complete. Also love the modifications which I occasionally take as I’m starting up again after injuries to my hip flexor.

Great workout. I enjoyed doing both the upper-body and lower-body exercises. I only did a few of the modified exercises for the lower body, but other than that, I enjoyed it all.
