Yes this was an intense fiery🔥 workout - I used a Pilates ring between knees on the last 2 moves to work the adductors💪👍 not so keen on this music - loved the music on the cardio workout I did to start😊

I enjoy the quicker workouts when its one side then the other, no need for rest inbetween sides. The length of your workouts are also great for me to fit in each day, thank you so much!

I prefer the break in between, I feel like you loose exercise time without it because you are waiting for instruction

I agree! I always rewind 10 seconds back to start at the exact time. And do that on every exercise😅 Sometimes I get more tired of doing that than the actual workout 😂

Loved the workout, personally I think a 5 second transition should be added because without it one is spending about that amount of time moving from one exercise to the next and so the interval is getting cut about 5seconds anyway., even as you’re demoing you need the seconds to get from one place to the other. I think it would make for a smoother transition and ensure good form instead of rushing because no break and having a sloppy or compromised form

Loved it! I used weights for most of the moves. Also, I usually like having a break between each exercise, but it made sense to structure this one the way you did. Your workouts are always so creative and well thought-out.

I really like this quicker format, and using my own body weight instead of dumbbells. Great workout when traveling and I don’t have weights with me. No excuse to not exercise 😅. Love all your workouts. Thank you very much ❤

I just discovered you and love all your excersices especially also because of the bit slower pace as I am 64 years young 😉. Question: should I do the chosen excersices f.e. 2 weeks in a row to see results or can I alternate between your excersices for the different bodyparts?

Is anyone else having the issue where the leg that’s on the group durring donkey kicks, is the one burning and in pain? Is that normal? I just feel like the knee that’s on the ground shouldn’t be the one that’s struggling. I bought a thicker mat but it feels like my knee is straight on the ground

If you're not going to take a break after each exercise, it might be an idea to list the exercises and running order in the description so we can see what to do next. I missed a few seconds as I had to check with the TV what I was doing next. Great for the glutes thank you.
