I love all of the standing chest fly variations. Keeps constant tension on the pecs, which doesn’t always happen when using dumbbells.

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

I've started resistance training and this video is perfect where it highlight muscles being used. Resistance training supposed to o be better for strength and muscle. I do it out of preference and to build to one and strength. This is great for building muscles and not overexerting yourself. Thank you for sharing this and keeping real. X

I'm going to incorporate these resistance bands into my Home and Gym routines. I travel with work a lot, and I don't always have access to a Gym, so even if I just had these at the hotel it would make a huge difference in keeping or building my definition. Thanks for the teqniques, top man.

Excellent video man. please tell me you must wear a shirt for some of these! I attempted the boxing chest press, and laying flat press and man, that band can chafe you up pretty good!😅 Big fan of the hex press personally, flys are great once you get your form down pat. Keep em coming!

I bought the X3 Bar, the price is crazy but I have to say well worth it in the long run. I've never experienced results like this before by lifting weights or bodyweight exercises. I'm a true believer in the effectiveness of resistance training. And yes there are cheaper options than the X3 that can probably give you the same results.
