This was an excellent presentation. Thank you. I have lifted weights, off and on for 70 yrs (OK, more like 60...since I was 10). My father was a champion lifter in WW II, and when he came back from Normandy, he continued lifting, and taught us kids. I was also A.C.E. certified as a personal trainer. Yet, this is one of the best chest videos I have seen. You are appreciated - thanks, again.

This is one of my top 2 motivational hard-core home work out videos! Great video! I find that doing pullovers across the bench tends to compress my vertebrae between my should blades. After throwing my back out several times, I only do pullovers with my body and head on the bench. I try to concentrate on the serrates when doing them.

I like assisted smith machine for benching flat and incline, followed by cables down low and raising up and in, lastly dip bars, typically 3-4 sets of 20 reps with 30 seconds of rest, I don’t go heavy anymore and I don’t perform fly movements because of compromising the shoulders to much strain.
