You forgot to mention the tibialis the front part of the calves, it's extremely important cos it gives fullness.

All the videos of this series are just great. Recommending you to highlight the target muscles, in each exercise as they act. Similar to your Back exercise video. At the end, you can also have a final conclusion list and a suggested order in which these 10 should be done.

Lunges are better than leg press .compound movement. And also hip thrust is missed. Good compound movement for hip strength

@@Undead_op I guess I didn't say that clear enough. BARBELL.. BACK...SQUATS ARE... NOT...NECESSARY...TO... BUILD MUSCLE IN YOUR QUADS. They actually put unnecessary strain on your lower back. You don't have to take my word for it. I've only ran track for Texas A&M and have been a CPT for 10yrs.

@@Undead_op maybe I wasn't clear enough for you. In order to grow your quads, it's not essential to perform barbell back squats. There's several different exercises and machines that will put mass on your quads.
