This yoga class is a 20-minute sequence of postures designed to release tightness and tension when you wake up in the morning. Of course, this class can be practiced any time of the day, but the postures included address most body parts that may feel “stiff” first thing in the morning. Included at the end of the practice are several rounds of sun salutations if you choose to add a little “heat” to your morning! Enjoy waking up and let us know what you think of this class!

New term for chataranga: flying dog kick. My schnauzer flew off my mat the first time, then my chihuahua! So funny, poor little dears. Needless to say, they're quickly learning to stay away from me during yoga! Wonderful session, thank you.

I've been doing your classes since the pandemic began--you saved my life when I couldn't go to the gym and even now, when I am going, you add to it. I'd never done this particular class before (there is a reeal treasure trove in your archive) , but I think I will add it to my morning routine every day. You are terrific. Thanks!

Thank you Erin - this was a really good down-to-earth “real“ practice. I had stopped yoga for a few weeks because I had injured myself trying to do impossible poses and assanas with another KZbin channel. I've been discovering these shorter classes this summer and I'm really glad I am. I've always gravitated to your longer classes but I find I get just as much out of the shorter ones.

This is my 20sh or 15th time that I do this every morning! I keep looking for others to bit this video, but i always return to this one for the 🌄 morning! I thank you so much for sharing your love for yoga! It just helps so much, specifically that you focus not only on the movement but also on the Breath, which is the reason of it all. Love your morning classes! I usually do your Morning Boost class about twice a week mixed in with the others. Great to have another short, all-over class to mix in. A Carpal Tunnel/Thoracic Outlet Syndrome class would be awesome :) Thank you so much as always Erin!

OMGGGGGGGG This was so amazing. Every morning I look for a morning yoga video and all of them are pretty good. This one helped alot with stretching and warming the body and I am a beginner and can do all of these poses without feeling an intense stretch or pain. This will definitely be part of my regular routine.
