I would definitely believe someone on the animation team used to work on Jimmy Neutron and took an opportunity. I worked at Fazoli's in the mid-2000's and at one point we got computer training videos/games we had to do. Honestly, the most terrifying part of this theory is that _this actually makes perfect thematic sense for the Jimmy Neutron franchise._ I haven't seen all of the Jimmy Neutron series- most of the episodes I've seen are from the first season and a half or so- but I would say that at least half of the episodes I've seen or looked into follow basically the exact same general premise: Jimmy invents something that's supposed to make his and/or his classmates' lives easier, only for it to backfire and put them in danger. What MatPat describes in this commercial is just a darker, more mature version of that: Jimmy invented Grubhub technology, only for it to go wrong, and this time he was too late to stop it from killing someone he cared about.

Sheen's skin color being darker as an adult is totally believable. I don't remember Sheen playing video games as a kid, but it is believable for him to be a gamer as a kid and not spending a ton of time outside. Some genetic traits can also be activated, for lack of a better term, by age, environment, health, stress, etc. I highly doubt GrubHub would go that far into it though and if chicken sandwich guy is Sheen his darker skin is likely a stylistic choice. Edit: I'm taking this entirely too seriously, but chicken sandwich kid salsa (?) dancing might also be a clue.

There are logical reasons to believe there is a statistically significant chance of this world being a simulation, but having it proven as a fact wouldn't really change much about day to day life. People would try to speculate the purpose of the simulation to determine if it is in danger of being shut down, maybe see if it's possible to exploit physics/glitches to gain access to other systems or interact in some way with the "real" world. Meanwhile people still gotta eat/sleep/etc. to survive so most of society continues as normal working at their jobs and living their lives. Some people would get upset for spiritual/religious/philosophical reasons and cause problems, but I think people in general are adaptable enough that even a relevation like this won't stop most people for too long.
