You can apply this Qigong 10 Minutes right before going to bed or anytime that you need to rest and relax your body and mind.

People need to realize that a lot of the healing comes from the tree… It is not the same if you put your feet on the wall it does a wonderful effect as well, but the main healing comes from the tree if you are close proximity sitting next to a tree, leaning your back to a tree or doing this exercise on a tree…
