Exercise description below.
Warm up before each exercise.
EXERCISE 1:
Tricep Rope Pushdowns / Overhand Cable Curl
4 sets of 25 reps
EXERCISE 2:
Spider Curls / Tricep Dips
4 sets of 10 reps
EXERCISE 3:
Standing Cable Bicep Curls / Smith Machine Tricep Extension
4 sets of 25 reps

There are much better exercises out there for arm development. Dips are probably one of the most dangerous exercises to perform and I honestly don't recommend it to anyone when there are safer alternatives. Same with spider curls, he mentioned taking your shoulders out of the equation.. but really, your front delt will still help you try and lift that weight. Also, that rep/set range is fucking ridiculous. Doing 25 reps will only help your muscle endurance, it will not stabilise proper muscle growth, and drop sets don't help you build any additional muscle either. A workout should not take any longer than 1 hour, so this is just a waste of time. 5-7 reps of a decently heavy weight for 3 sets is optimal for muscle growth, don't let this guy fool you. He's big, but this is not the most optimal way to go about growing your arms..
