Trying this 4 week shred program - I’m also doing morning jogs every morning for 30-40 mins besides Sunday. - As for dieting, I’m limiting my protein intake and simply eating more vegetables and fruits than carbs and protein focus Day one: ✔️ Day two: ✔️ Day three: ✔️ Day four: ✔️ ( I nearly died, that flabby arm workout almost killed me) Day five: Edit: I forgotten to keep updating my progress but for those who are wondering if I've been slacking, no I haven't. I followed the program until the end and lost around 15lbs. I noticed a significant decrease on my arms and thighs. I did not take measurements unfortunately.

I'm already one and a half year following Emi and I need to thank you! I've started this with 75kg in November 22th 2019 and 88cm on my waist, today I weigh 62,5kg and have 68cm an my waist! I know this is not so much weight, but while struggling with bulimia I still able to get more healthy, trying to eat healthier and have a better relationship with myself (also thank you for opening up with your struggles with eating disorders) thank you so much Emi, all happiness for you and your family ❤️

Guys I just started this challenge, and I gotta say that you are going to have results, I already can feel myself stronger to make every exercise as days are passing. TE ONLY THING I ADVICE YOU, is to take care of your back, because we are going to have a lot of legs exercises, and if you are not strong enough to make them in the speed Emi does it, you will probably hurt your back, so take your time to make every repetition well, correctly and do not care too much about following her speed bc you can hurt your back, that happened to me at the beginning so please take care! I hope you reach your goals everyone! Fighting!

For anyone who is hesitating to start this challenge, or is halfway and lacking motivation; it is definitely worth it! I have just finished the last day of this challenge, and I feel so much stronger and fit and see the results on every part of the body that is focused on during these four weeks. The first time I did the 20 minute body shred workout I was halfway dying and sweating like crazy, but the last few times it had become way less difficult. I have done three other challenges (10 days, 2 weeks, 4 weeks), but I do believe this one was the most effective. Even though it is hard sometimes, put the effort in for yourself, you can do it!

Same! I went from 160 -> 120 doing Emi's workouts over the summer (about 2 years ago) Fast foward to present time, I gained some weight since then, but I've lost it and I'm about 130 & I would like to get back down to around 120.

Today my final day of 4 weeks Full Body Shred Challenge. Yeay I can't believe I finished it. I lost 2,5kg and my body size (arm, bust, waist) is getting smaller and toned. Also I can see clearly 3 lines in my abs wohoooo. I will continue the workout with the Full Body Workout video in day 28 for 2 weeks.

I am a fan of Emi's workout routine. I have been doing her workouts since 2019, and guess what? I lost more than 4kgs. However, I gained weight during the last year so I am 57kgs now. I am going to work hard and get to 53kgs by the end of 4 weeks. Wish me luck. I'll update here everyday. Beginnings : Day 1 - ✅ Day 2 - ✅ Day 3 - ✅ My thigh muscles were sore so couldn't find the motivation easily today, yet, I pushed through, and got it done. Day 4 - ✅ Day 5 - ✅ Day 6 - ✅ Day 7 - ✅ Day 8 - ✅ Day 9 - ✅ Day 10 - ✅ Day 11 - ✅ Day 12 - ✅ Day 13 - ✅ Day 14 - ✅ Halfway through : I am just beginning to lose weight. My weight scale dropped from 57 kgs to 56.8 kgs. Thought the weight isn't reduced much, my belly fat is rapidly dissolving. By the end of these 4 weeks, I am expecting to drop down to atleast 55 kgs if not 53 kgs. So motivating to see everyone's progress in the comments section so i thought i'd share mine. I started this challenge today (Aug 17). Starting weight: 120 lbs, body type: ectomorph (with a bit of belly fat and a lot of untoned muscles), height: 5'4" Day 1: ✅ Full body shred + 1/2 of the ab workout (I couldn't finish cause i felt like dying 😭) Day 2: ✅ Full body shred + ✅ leg & booty pump + ✅ Kpop workout (so proud of myself today) Day 3: ✅ Flat belly & abs (that was brutal 🥲) + ✅ slim back & burn bra bulge + ✅ burn saddle bag & outer thigh Day 4: ✅ Full body shred (easier to do this now yay!) + ✅ slim flabby arm (i think i hurt my wrist so i only managed to do 95% of the workout. I just did yoga to make up for the 5% and to relax my muscles) Day 5: ✅ Full body shred + ✅ ab lines and 6 pack (so hard to do the v sits 😭) + ✅ kpop workout Day 6: ✅ Full body standing workout + ✅ 90 degree shoulder (quite chill workout today) Day 7: ✅ Neck stretch + ✅ Calves stretch Week 1 done! Yay! 🥳 Days 8 to 14 (Week 2): ✅ all workout! Haven't been able to update because I've been so busy but I completed week 2! The ab workout was challenging at first but I got used to it and it was easier to do the rest of the week. Day 15: ✅ Arm and upper body + ✅ Abs & Cardio

Day 1 - start this new program after my break and it was hella hard!! I especially have trouble with my breathing but I tried my best to push through. The second exercise (14 mins abs) was a pure nightmare I almost drowned in my tears instead of sweats Day 2 - my body is sore but i still manage to push through! Breathing was (very) slightly better. Sweating a lot more today. Day 3 - maybe because of the accumulated fatigue, today’s exercise was very difficult for me. I sweat a tons and I wasn’t able to give my full performance on the three exercises, but I manage to finish them all! Will update along the way!

Ahora de verdad voy a terminar este programa! Antes: 9/10/21 - Abs: 73 cm - Muslos: 53 cm - Pantorrillas: 35 cm SEMANA 1 ☀️: Solo pude hacer 4 días (lunes, martes, jueves y sábado). Hace tiempo que no hago tanto ejercicio pero estoy feliz por volver aunque sea poco a poco. Las zonas que más me duelen son los muslos y espalda por la zona de los hombros. Traté de comer mejor (evité productos altos en azúcares, sodio y grasas saturadas) aunque algunas veces no pude evitarlo. SEMANA 2 ☀️: Hice 5 días (lunes, martes, jueves, viernes y sábado). No noto cambios físicos aún (supongo que también se debe a que hago menos días a la semana), pero sí me siento con más fuerza. Esta semana me cuidé mejor que la semana pasada (tomé mucha agua y comí más frutas y vegetales), pero luché mucho con los dulces (comí keke de chocolate y un pie de piña). SEMANA 3 ☀️: Me siento mal porque solo pude hacer 4 días (lunes, jueves, viernes y sábado) Siento mi estómago un poco más delgado y mi cuerpo más fuerte y con energía. Como siempre tratando de evitar comida chatarra y tomando mucha agua. SEMANA 4 ☀️: Hice 3 días porque me vacunaron y me dolia el brazo. Supuestamente deberia terminar aquí, pero al hacerlo a mi ritmo me faltarían dos semanas más asi que terminaré en la semana 6 SEMANA 5 ☀️: Hice 5 días (lunes, martes, miércoles, jueves y sábado) el jueves fue mi cumpleaños así que comí torta, fuera de eso, traté de cuidarme. Me falta solo una semana así que estoy emocionada por ver el resultado final :D ÚLTIMA SEMANA ☀️: Completo. Resultados: 20/11/21 - Abs: 72 cm - Muslos: 52 cm - Pantorrillas: 33 cm El cambio que tuve es mínimo pero mi abdomen se ve más plano (ni idea) y tengo mucho más fuerza. La verdad es que no seguí el programa al pie de la letra (muchos días que no hice porque no pude o flojera además de la alimentación), supongo que si se hace bien el programa habrán un resultado más grande. Escribir aquí me sirvió para motivarme así que lo haré otra vez con el siguiente programa pero mejor 👌

absolutely loved this workout routine !! could not managed to do the sitting side to side box and single leg holds, other than that got through the workout pretty well !! started working out on and off for the last couple months. this really made me realise how much muscle progress i have made in regards of street. i am so happy i can finally keep up with the pacing and breathing.

Pls comment so I remember posting my progress every day:D Day 1✅ starting with [80.4 kg] Day 2✅ (I could not move at all lol) Day 3✅ Day 4✅(I was sweting a lot) and I also did 400 rope jumps before starting my workout ,I'm [79.4 kg] today I lost 1kg in 3days and I'm also reducing my eating portions Day 5✅[79.2 kg]( it was so good working out :D) Day6✅[79kg] I felt so tired in round 2 of day 6 and kept resting, however I did them all any way :'D Day7 ✅finalllllly , my rest day :) Day8✅[78.4] it was amazing I'm used to it now ,I feel great after the workout :D Day9✅ done , it was easy😍(I've noticed that my body is more toned ) Day10✅ Day 11✅ [77.3kg] it was easy today, I love belly workouts :D Day12✅ Day13✅ Day14✅ rest day Day15 I did not do my workout because I was too lazy lol Day16✅(I'll do day 15) Day16 ✅ Day17✅ Day18✅ Day19✅ Day20✅ so easy 😍 Day21✅ (rest day) Day22✅ loved it , too easy for me I can see my abs now, they were hiding for along time for sure. lol😂

Let's try this one too! Tbh Emi's workouts have been the most effective for me, by far.. so let's see how much this hurts (in a good way, for course)! Won't be changing my diet, for the most, but decreasing the snack intake (not much cause snacks = ❤). Here goes- Day 1: 👍 Abs are crying a lil ngl :) Day 2: 👍 thighs and weirdly sides (? idk saddle bag region) hurt very much, but felt super strong!! Day 3: 👍 legs and abs are S.O.R.E and hella tight the whole day.. so would recommend spending more time to stretch! Day 4: 👍 It looks easy but the 15 min arm video hurt more (for me) than the 20 min hiit. Day 5: 👍 Don't see much of a difference in abs, definition-vise, BUT it's much easier to tighten them now. Day 6: 👍 my arms are S.O.R.E. Not much hiit (would do extra, but have NO energy, after that massacre lol) Day 7: BLISSS Day 8: 👍 more ab definition! The difference today was that my core was VERY MUCH engaged. Day 14 (actually 9th): RESTED (didn't have energy after classes, so I took the stretching day today.. but did stretch!) Day 9: 👍 LOVE! I noticed there was more energy.. Day 10: 👍 wow, SO worn out BUT I also did 2x1.5 min wall sits and 100 squats! Day 11: 👍 Pretty shaky today, ngl. The hiit took me out. Felt AMAZING. Would recommend a snack before this tho Day 12: 👍 legs hurt, especially thighs + sides (idk hip area lol). Did them without any extra breaks.. Lowkey very proud :) Day 13: 👍 DONE! Not much to say today..? the hiit doesn't get easy, arms hurt, drink tons of water Day 14: 👍 took an extra day of rest today cause I had heat exhaustion and couldn't stay awake (it was 30 degrees.. in Canada) Day 15: 👍 I forgot how much the hiit hurt, but my arms are shaking as I write this, so YESS Day 16: 👍 arms and abs are VERY jiggly (as I write this lol) but GOOD DAY! +more ab line definition! T~T Day 17: 👍 could do more..? idk.. maybe I'm getting stronger lol😂 Day 18: 👍 HELL. YES. Today was amazing! Abs feel stabbed and arms+chest area is SO sore already.. IT WAS GREAT! Day 19: 👍 SO much cardio, holy god! arms burn. There IS more definition in arms (I'd say most effective day!) Had to take 4 days off cause my neck muscle got inflamed and I was scolded to stop lol 😂 Anyway, continuing it still! Day 20: 👍 Neck is still a bit sore but it was a good day (abs hurt, but what's new) Day 21: 👍 Day 22: 👍 Nothing too remarkable for changes, but the legs are still tight after the second video😂 Day 23: 👍 wow the hiit today is CRAAAZY. I didn't take any breaks, but would highly recommend to do so lol Day 23: 👍 hiit is getting harder and my legs hurt, which is good ig. Unexpected- arms are looking VERY toned today *_* Day 24: 👍 legs hurt.. nothing more, just pretty hard to walk lol Day 25: 👍 VERY shaky, but took only 2-3 mins to calm down which is PROGRESS! (oh and DEFINITELY more definition in legs, especially thighs) Day 26: 👍 abs are looking very defined today and hurt more. Thighs and the hip area is also looking good (omg YES) Day 27: 👍 arms hurt (again lol) but yay! SO CLOSEE ...

day one of this challenge, ever since the pandemic, i’ve felt disgusted every time i saw my body in the mirror. and even i activity try to avoid looking in the mirror when showering. with this challenge, i hope to burn fat and gain lean muscle to keep my metabolism going strong. i feel so discouraged right now that i almost gave up on trying to lose weight. but with emi’s videos, i feel more motivated and determined to try my hardest and finish this challenge! day one: 58.6kg

So, I’m just here to tell anyone who reads this something that helped me with this really intense workout. I first pictured an orange (it could be anything really but I just thought of an orange for some reason) and it had my current weight and the weight I wanted to have. Instead of directly picturing the orange with your desired weight picture it with the weight bellow yours [ex. 150 lbs. (current weight) and then 149 (weight bellow)]. Next, every exercise I did I was either squishing or poking/punching/hitting the orange. Irl when you squish or poke an orange, juice comes out. The juice is supposed to be the fat or weight you don’t want. It’s kind of random but this helped me with doing the exercise.

I follow her work out almost 1 year half now.. it maintain my body shape even though i'm not lose so much weight.. but it makes my body lean also grow some muscle.. i only do it for 30 mins a day & not really diet or eat clean but it still works!!! (Fyi i'm a mom & 31 y.o)

Don't let this workout fool you. Emi doesn't have any fat, that's all muscle that you see. Hence the transition from workout to workout are smooth af. But when you do it, you'll resemble a dying whale like me... Started today DAY 1 at 83.5 kgs. please wish me luck that I see this challenge through to the end . 🙏 Ah this challenge wasn't meant for me i am starting with the 21 day leg transformation instead. started the shred today! I haven't done emis workouts for a while and wished that once i got my dream body i wouldn't have to come back to workouts but here i am again to start the grind. smth ive noticed is that i feel like my mind and body are on different way lengths, my brains ready to go and im not very tired, but my body pulled a muscle on my leg that hasn't recovered and my throat is hurting so here i am taking a break midway through the video. this experience has been interesting ^^;

I honestly wish during P.E we’d do more of this type of workouts. I’m in freshman highschool and I’m in no position to talk but my whole class is unfit. And currently our main lesson is basketball. The teacher gives us the ball and let’s us do whatever. Some kick the ball around, some play pass, and some stand in one position while shooting. Every Thursday we have fitness days where we do workouts, but they are effortless. We do sit ups, planks, pushups and some of the other well known stretches, but during pushups planks and sit-ups, the class just lays on the ground and the teacher wouldn’t do anything. I have an hour and 30 minutes of that class and 40 minutes in it is absolutely wasted. Now I’m looking at videos I can do at home by myself to lose weight and maybe get taller. Oh yeah forgot to mention. Monday’s we do mile runs and some people get 15 minutes plus. They should be able to atleast get a 13 and below if they push a bit harder. My point is that I wish some teachers would do their jobs correctly.

I agree i feel like in school we should do more excersizes like this, the goal dosent have to be for students to lose weight but it could educate them on so many different workouts, some of which they could do at home if they took it upon themselves. And if they happen to lose weight it could motivate them not only to do excersizes in gym class but also ultimately make it into their lifestyle.

I have about 5 weeks until i go to Paris, I wanna feel and look good taking pictures. Weight: 139 lbs Waist: 31 in Low waist: 37 in Thighs: 23 in Day 1- (AM 139 lbs | PM 137 lbs) I worked out in the evening today. I was sweating a lot, but i was able to catch up with Emi without stopping the video. I don't think im going to go on a full diet, just cut my regular portion sizes and limit my drinking days. Day 2- (AM 137 lbs | 138 PM ) I got locked out of my house for hours, we were finally able to get in at 7pm and I had all my energy drained by then. I'll use this as week 1's resting day.

Starting this 4 week workout today! hopefully I can remember to do this everyday :D Day 1: ✅ done, sweated so much during ex 1 and I’m really tried after completing both ex 1 and 2 but I feel kind of good? Started 11 August Day 1:✅ barely completed it, my legs hurts I am barely waking without shaking. Day 2:✅ its been a little more easier than last time, and my legs are sore Day3:✅ everyday it's getting easier I really felt the burns today Day4:✅ same as yesterday Day5:✅ same as yesterday
