honestly this was a little too fast and hard to fallow through. I was too busy trying to catch up, still a great video though. just needs some polishing.

This has to be one of my favourite stretching routines. Great for a Saturday morning after a bit of cardio!

This was a great video. Thank you Heather. The only issue I had with it was it was way to fast. I would have been nice to stay in a stretch for a few seconds longer. I had to stop the video and restart in places several times to keep up with you. Otherwise it was a nice stretch routine.

I like the moves, but I wish the pace was slower. Not enough between each to get a good stretch.

I agree. Slightly slower transitions and maybe a couple more seconds in the deep stretch poses. Otherwise a wonderful stretch.

You are probably a little bit stiff, i remember when I began stretching I shaked like a jelly too, just keep being consistent and you'll see how things get easier

Are you doing this in your recovery day? Cause i always do stretches in recovery days after my split body routine and my body is always quivering when doing stretches

Thank you for the workout although the title is misleading. I would rather call it a mobility/yoga routine. We didn't hold any stretches for longer than 5 seconds and my muscles don't feel stretched at all.

A great stretch work out (cool-down) after your HIIT workout!! Thoroughly enjoyed this to calm my breath after a high-energy workout. Thank you Love doing these, so as to avoid injuries in the long run. Stretching is so vital!

Did this one after I did one of your 20 min arm workouts + one of your 20 min cardios. I don't normally do these but my hammies are super tight and I've been feeling kinda fatigued so I know I need to start doing these more. I am very excited for your 12 week program. :)

Just what I needed. I'd like to request an psoas/hip opener stretch day. All those squats and lounges make my hips so tight!

I love Heather's regular workouts but the mobility videos don't click for me. I enjoy the stretches and poses but I feel they are rushed. Maybe it's because I frequently do yoga and like settling into a stretch for 5+ breaths to feel the benefits. For my fitness routine, these videos feel more like what I'd do right after a workout, not as an active recovery day "workout".

This was too fast and not well explained. Jumping from movement to movement without adequate explanation and safety for the lower back.. music is also very loud and jarring..

Definitely needed this full body stretching today, OMG!! woke up freakin tight hips, tried to stretch them out in bed, no way. This workout did the trick . This will be my go to full bod stretch routine.. Thanks Heather for the hip release. Pain vanished, no tight hips no more.

Well I usually don't do any stretching but I need to at least focus one day a week on mobility and stretching like today when I have worked our all week and am lacking some motivation. I need to move everyday as I suffer from a intestinal disorder that causes me great pains and even more so when I don't move. So today was my first day focusing on stretching and mobility.

I think she has a few cardio + Strength workouts (Some have weights or have none, some are low impact or HIIT. Pretty good. If you search Heather Cardio + Strength, they should appear :)

Great sequence, the only issue is the sound volume was too loud against your voice and so I found it quite distracting, and switched to mute with subtitles

nice way to finish off the two week lock down lean which was super nice somewhat easier workouts than the 12 week challenge, I'll now be moving on to just following the monthly workout schedules but eventually I plan on trying all of heather's challenges and revisiting the 12 week maybe next year as well

Good stretches, just a bit fast and not as calming given the loud music, especially at the end. There was one time where we didn't know we needed to be standing already :P

This is amazing, I just started working out yesterday and was NOT prepared for today, I really wanted to stick to a nightly schedule to stay consistent and tried this, the difference is incredible, I can left my arms all the way and the muscles that have been sore all day either feel alot better or don't even feel sore AT ALL, I'll definitely be doing this in between more insense workouts tell my body is more adapted to the new routine

Thank you Heather for adding in some of these stretch/yoga workouts. I was on week 8 of your 12 week program until Covid hit our household.
