Com Mizi descobri que posso perder peso sem forçar articulações, sem agachamentos, com leveza e efetividade. A gente termina o exercício com sensação sem estar exausta. Agradeço muito por nos proporcionar saúde e qualidade de vida sem cobrar por isso. Eu emagreci 2kg, perdi medidas em 1 mês com seus exercícios duas vezes ao dia sem fazer dieta, mas sem exageros na alimentação. Faço os exercícios de 30 a 40 minutos alternando. Uma sugestão é que pudesse colocar as calorias perdidas nos comentários dos exercícios mais intensos. Deus abençoe sempre sua vida!
