Hi everyone! I hope all of you are doing very well! This video mainly focus for lower belly exercises! Its standing a workout! my suggestion is try to do this 6days non stop and rest on day 7. And keep going until you see the results that you want ❤️. 15min consistently for everyday with 1 day rest! You can do this!

Hi Mizi and everyone I've been trying various work out videos for the past 7 months with one goal: CONSISTENTLY WORKING OUT as daily routine, even when I get only 30 minutes/day, 4-6x a week. So when I achieve that goal, I feel happy with a sense of accomplishment. Thus I can get my butt off the couch and start working out the next day. There're scientific evidences that excercise CAN improve our mood. So IF, just if, you haven't get your target weight in the couple first weeks, dont be discourage. Just keep moving and stay on the track. "Trick" your mind to be happy and keep trying because NOTHING IS USELESS. let's celebrate what our bodies are capable of For Mizi, thank you❤ I'm so happy to find your channel. Love the workout! I found every bit of it I was only able to get to the 9 minute 26 minute Mark. I was tapped out. I had just worked out but I will incorporate this in my workout regimen. It's super fun! Thanks again!

Who are starting doing diet or exercise I recommend you that don't ever think about scale reading all the time, look how your clothes fit and be consistent you will definitely get results, try to change workouts if you feel bored about doing same exercise, this workout is really good you can definitely get results but also do a healthy diet (just cut all junks and sweets or switch them with fruits and veggies also dal is very tasty, one cheat meal a week is ok enjoy the journey don't make it complicated), mizi's workouts are comfort zone I can do them completely with best results, enjoy your journey 😊

Hi Mizi, I did this workout today and I’m not tired or sweating🙈 did I do it right? I have to say I did other workouts for 4 weeks everyday for 10 minutes. Maybe that’s why? Don’t know how I will feel tomorrow morning though🙈
