Bhaiya mene bhut ldkiyo ke cament dekhe vo kah rhi ki unki timing kam hue hai lakin kal se me apki es video. Ke hisab se रनिंग krungi dekhungi ku mera time kam hita hai ya nhi abhi mera time 9:30 tha ab. Me dekhti. Hu mera tume kitna kam hoga agar hua to to me cament करके jrur btaunfi bhaiya apki video help full h 🙏🙏

@@ektapatel1579 meri running to ache se ho jati hai kyuki main 3km running karti hu (15 minute mein) or jab stryd lagati hu tab mere shin pain start ho jata hai
