Girls! As a very physically limited young person this has become my dearest and most favourite workout of all time. It’s strengthening my muscles but releasing my tendons and chronically convulsed body. I’m struggling with my knees, shoulders etc. a lot and I’ve been doing this workout about 1-3x a week and I’m already seeing results in my physical feeling. Thanks a lot and great work!!!!

I love when you workout without it feeling like you’re working out. When I finish my regular workout, I’m out of breathe, sweating my face off, and it only lasted 15 minutes. When I looked at this, I thought there was no possible way that I was going to last 25 minutes, but at the end I almost wanted to do it again! I didn’t feel hot and fat and out of shape, I didn’t scold myself for being lazy and not being able to do the exercise. I felt calm, and peaceful, and actually really happy with myself. Thank you so much for this.

I’ve done many yoga videos over the years, and this is hands-down the best video I have used so far. No unnecessary talking, there’s a beep before each new move, so you can actually relax and enjoy the position, and not just anticipate when the next move is coming up.

breathing is a hardcore and a must in yoga or any exercise routines if we practice wrong breathing it'll be harmful ...instructors should direct where to breath in where to breath out and where and how long to hold...😊

I started lifting weight again, but heard that yoga strengthens your joints and muscle. So i searched “yoga session for home” on youtube and came across this video. I did my first session in whole my life and wow i cant believe 25 minutes past by so fast. I feel more relaxed, you have too let your body go and flow with the movements. Thanks 🙏🏼

Hi ladies! I wanted to take a moment and just give some gratitude for this workout. It keeps me going. There was a time during the pandemic when I had lost so much, my job etc and I had no idea what to do. But I started doing this routine as a warm up everyday, and when the doubt crept in, I would say to myself, "I know I can start here today." Since then, I am working, travelling and in love. And I still do this routine. Thanks to you both.

Hey y'all, just wanted to thank you for this video. I am a heavy equipment mechanic, 6'4 275 lb with lots of injuries. In addition to my daily calisthenics, I do this yoga routine weekly to help keep me pain free. This routine is nicely paced and easy to follow with the auditory chimes. Thank you!

wow! what a surprise - LOVED the meditative silence in conjunction with movement; yet with a twist of current background music. For anyone wanting a moving meditation practice, this is great! I've been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and have not accessed a routine quite like this!

I've been trynna fix my physical body health as im in pretty bad condition (as I grew up with poor health in medical, mental and physical conditions), so im very weak and fragile. I want to get better so im no longer feeling like im about to crash. This video is very helpful for a beginner like me! Despite my shaking, and how tired I get afterwards, they're easy for me to keep doing without pushing myself!

I had a lot of fun with this, I thought I would try out yoga, just had to get over this hump of self-embarrassment that as a man this was wrong, I have no clue where this thought pattern came from considering I was raised with just a mom and grandmother. I don't try to keep up with the video (any at all), just use it as motivation/inspiration. Sometimes I just put a part on repeat, listen to the music and do my own stuff in my own pace. Whenever I like some kind of movement, some stretching I just prefer to continue working there. I am curious whether I will ever watch the video without pausing it and just do what you do there :)

This routine is my first Yoga routine!❤ I feel so relaxed. Someone suggested yoga as stress relief. I'm looking to build strength with in my core. It works so well at both. I loved every minute of it. I couldnt believe the 25 mins was up. The music is also beautiful. I feel a little emotional. Like I've released negative energy! Thank you so much. You both are great and this is an amazing routine.😍🥰

I've been doing yoga lately and my hip and knee pain has decreased soo much, thank you yoga! I highly recommend strength training as well as it strengthens weak muscles and then your body can work better.❤

Congratulations for this wonderful training! I usually train swimming but with the lockdowns couldn't go to the pools anymore, so I was looking for a mild training that could keep all my body in shape waiting for the pools to open again. I found your training perfect for my purpose!

I have started following you with this exercise for abouot 2 weeks and gain much my strength to complete almost next sweaty tabata, hiit and workout. At the beginning it is impossible to push up but now I can catch up with the pace in this yoga practice thoroughly. Thank you for many inspiring excercise!

I’ve been struggling with school and hating my body for a while now and wasn’t able to go to the gym because of the horrible weather. It's my first time doing a strong yet relaxing yoga like this! I loved it 🤍 Honestly i wasn't expecting it to be challenging but it was even though oftentimes i do resistance exercises so i wanted to do change today with a non-intense workout like usual but this yoga session was surprising ✨ i will add it to my routine ✅

Wow. One of the best yoga routines I’ve seen on KZbin. The music (I’m guessing by artists just starting out?), the ambience, the silence from the instructors, the color scheme. Everything was perfect and so soothing. Thank you for a great video.
