I remember sometime last year trying one of your workouts like this and couldn't quite make it through, and decided your workouts are "too hard" WOW one year later after consistently moving my body EVREY SINGLE day saw this pull up, clicked on it and made it all the way through and wanted more! Now when I work out it has to be pretty intense to actually get me out of breath! (I love your workouts, I'm 14 and I LOVE working with my strong body! ) THANK YOU😁❤‍🔥

Hi Anna!! I'm an 11 year old female (using my mom's phone lol) and I've always felt fat, but you are helping me feel SO much better in my own skin!! I have a knee condition, I have dislocated a bone in my lega MANY times and it's painfull asf. It has happened 3 times in my left leg and 2 times in my right leg, I have felt depressed for a lot of time now but I never told my parents abt it. my knee condition doesn't help but I feel loved and supported when I watch ur videos, TYSM ❤❤❤. I have done this entire workout once but I showed my mom and some of the things u do here I shouldn't do cuz It's bad for my knees so when the excercises I cant do show up, I either take a break or do something else. I'm not giving up!! You've inspired me and so many others 🎉!! God bless you Anna, you're such an angel!! I would love to meet you someday but I know that's not gonna happen. I'm ok with watching ur videos for now ❤

Yeah, keep going. I also have a heart condition, but doing Anna's workouts makes me feel so much better. You will achieve what you want. Don't give up. I believe in you..

Oml, i felt like i would die, and i almost gave up at about 60% but i pushed through and i'm glad i did because it left me feeling accomplished. I will definitely fell it tomorrow xD You got this, even if you have to take extra breaks, do it, you are strong enough ❤

When I wasnt sure where to start after having 2 kids, the postpartum recovery journey and re discovering one self afterward is always messy and filled with highs and lows. I did this as a finisher for my leg day along with a 10 minute ab routine and safe to say, I almost died, but finishing the entire routine makes me feel so accomplished and good about myself, it makes up for all the pain
