Ich muss sagen, dass mir die musikalische Untermalung auch mega gut gefällt. Wenn das Songs sind, die man aus dem Radio kennt, macht es noch mehr Spaß mitzumachen. Bei den anderen langen Workouts, wo eher kein Gesang ist, finde ich es zB schwer am Ball zu bleiben und motiviert zu sein.

Tread with caution. Please. These are just warmup exercises and is not intermediate tabata. There is no such thing as intermediate tabata. What she's doing can be called Zumba, as they jump around like this.

The butterfly that flew past!!! Giving us all encouragement that we can do it! Just completed after doing a 40 minute workout of yours that was 50sec on and 10 off.
