Been doing this and the arm workout for 7 days with one day rest. From 67 now 60.5kgrams. No rice. No pasta. No sweets. No colored drinks and plenty of water!. Thank you Roberta's Gym.

The hardest part about the weight loss journey is having the discipline to keep going even if you don’t feel like it. I’m going to try my best to keep losing weight no matter what. Thank you for this video it’s a good way to get it started.

@@cookiencream5539THANK YOU SO MUCH. I've been doing two other workout with this one. One is a kids workout which I do in the afternoon and one just before I go to bed. As for my diet I don't eat any junk food, pasta, bread, fizzy drinks, sweets, ice cream and more. I eat mostly fruits and veggies. I do this workout every morning. My goal is to get down into the 50's. If you would like me to send you the link to the other workout videos I'll send them!

I’m 14 and have been doing many different workouts from this channel. I have been doing these for 3 months now and have noticed a big difference. Could not even do half of this workout a month ago due to issues with POTS and my heart. Now I can do the whole thing without stopping. If you suffer from POTS do not give up!!! Do as much as you can and don't get discouraged. The more consistent you are the more better you will feel. I Know it's hard and it felt impossible to do exercise again, but you can do it

I’m 15 and I’ve struggled with losing weight for years. I’m 157 pounds at 5”3 1/2 and I’m really hoping to lose weight and be more healthy and confident in myself. This workout has worked so much, it was a little hard to do at first but afterwards I recovered fast and felt super energized and proud

I've struggled with being the "FAT" girl my whole life so this year I'm changing that. I wasn't able to complete the full workout the first two days but I've found if I play some good motivational music in the background it really helps and I was able to complete the entire workout today and I'm super happy with myself I would 100% recommend this for people with motivational issues like myself.

Age:13 Weight:58.40kg Target: 45kg doing this along with some stretches day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ Did your 14 day weight loss challenge instead of this one. I started doing this workout before 2 months and i was 98kg and now after 2 months I’m at 82 kg it was hard at the beginning but now it’s easy I recommend u to do it good luck . . . Im at 62kg now and I haven’t used a diet:)

@@mishikalambhate1574 eat healthy food such as oats, quinoa, buckwheat, more veggies and fruits, dairy products, limit sweets and baked food, if you aren't vegan you can also eat chicken,turkey and fish which will be boiled or baked. and remember that calorie deficit is the main thing in weight loss.❤

I tried this a couple of times before and I never got to finish the entire 30 mins because between 15-20 mins, I felt like I would pass out anytime and my vision starts turning black... I jogged for a few weeks and tried this work out again today and boy did I have the new endurance and FINISHED THIS WORKOUT!!! YYEEESSSSSS!

on the 1 Dec i was 81kg. on the 11 Dec i was weighing 79.2kg. Thank you Roberta for this amazing exercises, will continue doing them until i reach 65kg.

I'm going to start this exercise today and will update my progress. My current weight is 72 kg Day 1 : ✅ took few breaks in middle Day 2 : ✅ able to complete without any breaks Day 3 : ✅ Day 4 : couldn't able to complete the exercise Day 5 : ✅ Day 6 : ✅ Feeling lighter than before.... Enjoying this workout routine Day 7 : ✅ Day 8 : had a break due to periods Day 9 : ❌ Day 10 : ✅ Day 11 : ✅ Day 12 : ✅ Day 13 : ✅ Day 14 : ✅ Day 15 : ✅ Day 16 : ✅ In two weeks I can able to see visible difference... Amazing workout going to continue Day 17 : ✅ Day 18 : ✅ I have done this for about journey4 weeks and my current weight is 69.7kg Great work out and can able to feel the results in just two weeks... @@qualhzgesgsgsffgsgvakajsha2020 don't worry, alot of people have water weight which is excess water stored within their body, if you drink alot lf soda and juice then you might have up to 10 pounds of water weight, drinking water for even just a month will help you lose that water weight but if you don't drink too much soda then the weight will be fat which was lost, fat is very big so 3 pounds could be a big chunk of belly fat, just remeber that a good diet is 80% of weight lose, dont go searching for science stuff, just drink water, remove all snacks and only eat when you're hungry, you shouldnt try to do it in the first day but slowly get yourself to the point where you dont crave junk food and you're fine not eating it (if you think you're hungry drink water for 5 min first since it could be that you're just thirsty)

This was my 6th time doing this workout and day by day its getting easier, I reached a level that I skip my rest time and I'm seeing results already!! You guys are strong!! Never give up its all through it :) ALL LOVE FOR EVERYONE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT I UNDERSTAND EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU!!!! MUCH LOVE!!!!! AND MOST THANKS TO ROBERTA'S GYM!!!(I will update everyone working out for my results)UPDATE: I lost 4kg in one month with doing this workout and another thigh workout with controlling the calories I eat per day.

Update To begin with, I need to admit that I’m not really a workout type of person. Off and on I’ll workout and when I don’t see any changes, I stop doing it. And it becomes a cycle. But during the quarantine period, I’ve told myself it’s the perfect time to work towards losing the extra fats that I’ve always wanted to. So I started this exercise one day. And trust me. All my life I’ve been wanting to find these type of exercises. SIMPLE YET MAKES YOU SWEAT LIKE CRAZY. Ever since I started, took me a week to lose 1kg. And then I had to stop working out for 3-4 days as I was a little unwell. When I felt better, I picked it up and continued. And then lost another kg. I’m so happy with my progress. Finally gaining the motivation and satisfaction that I was always finding for. And the best part of this is I still got to enjoy my desserts as usual but moderately as I don’t want my workout to go to waste. So finally, I’ve decided I’m going to spend at least 30 mins per day to work out. Also another tip, it’s okay to take rest days in between as your body needs time to heal. Hope it helps someone. :)

I decided to start doing this exercise in August and decided to start changing my eating habits a bit, but didn’t expect anything big to happen. In those months I have gone from 150 to 118 pounds and I am so happy and so much more fit than when I started! I am a 17 y/o. I followed this routine for like 3 months ( approximately ) and i also walk 4km a day.i got beautiful result i went from 54 kg to 46 kg.i it was so surprising to me. Also i didn't follow a particular diet as i am from poor family 😅

I spent months losing weight with these youtube videos. No matter what I did, I could not get good results. Then I met with Slimmer and fitter clinic. I lost exactly 50 pounds. I received gastric sleeve treatment. I have a pretty good physique now. I even received tummy tuck treatment because I had sagging in the abdomen. I don't have any marks on my body. I would suggest you to take such a treatment as well.

I think these exercises are not only for weight loss but also for a good health gain. My first day was a lil lazy and I was disappointed but I didn’t give up. I knew it was for my own good and I was determined to push myself harder the next day. You can do it too, just know that the beginning is always the hardest.

Hello I thought about updating my progress here to know how far I would've come, and to keep myself proud and consistent to keep on going I wanted to lose weight before our class recognition, it's in 4 months and I hope to at least lose 20kg if possible ( I am currently 63kg) Day 1: ✅ sweat a lot, had lots of breaks and almost gave up at 15:00 , struggled a lot with exercising Day 2: ✅ had more sweats compared to before, less breaks and more exercises, less difficulties Day 3: I didn't struggle a lot, I managed to do up up down down without having way too many breaks, It felt easier to move and exercise. Day 4: ✅ Day 5:✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: and repeat until 4 months.

I found this workout session last week but today was my first day of doing it . I am 40 years old , 70 kg My goal is 60 kg ( or less ) :). Workout was getting hard at the end but manage to complete it all . I will update my results ( if any ) every week ... I am happy it is free , easy to fallow and no real human person performing ! :)))) Thank you Roberta !

Day 1: I was sweating so bad. My mom thought I showered. But I just worked out. Day 2: I can feel pain in my arms and legs. But I managed to workout again. I can see differences. Day 3: My arms and legs are sore. But I managed to workout again. Now I can see visible differences. I also did a strict diet. (It helped) Day 4: I worked out for 40 minutes so I can burn more calories. It’s so painful but I can manage it. I see alot of difference now! Thanks for this. Day 5: I worked out for 50 minutes (yes I can) and I was 50kg before working out but Idk what my weight now. Day 6: One more day and i’ll be happy. I always want to workout and start a strict diet but I’m not that motivated lmao. But now, I’ve come this far. Actually im not that SUPER fat but i want to be sexy ya know. but yeah my body is still sore lol.

Idk My name i don’t eat rice. I’m an asian. I eat greek yogurt or flourless bread with peanut butter for breakfast. I eat boiled egg for lunch and i drink low fat milk for dinner. And I drink lots and lots of water. Also, i don’t eat junkfoods, sweets anymore.

I hope so too! Good luck! For the up up down down, just try gradually doing it everyday until you get used to it :) And then you'll find that in a few days, once your body is used to it, you can do it with ease. Keep exercising and see you here everyday!❤️💪
