Ok guys listen, this excercises r freaking helpful.... I've burnt some of my belly fats within 2 days... I'm not lying... I'm not fat...I have some belly fats nd I can't believe that I've lost some of them... woahhhhh!!!!!!for beginners... it's perfect...I also do some of excercises with this too so yaa.. If u keep continue doing this I can bet that u will see the results.. Here are some tips to reduce ur fat fast... 1. Drink lots of water...means a lot... 2. Don't sleep for overtime... 3. After doing this excercise...drink warm water with the combination of lemon nd honey... 4. If you're doing this excercise from a long time nd u r not getting ur results so it's ur for ur daily habits... only excercises won't help u...stop eating unhealthy foods.. take care of ur daily routine.. 5. If you're too much fat so u can keep any diet chart...but if u r not fat nd u have simple belly fats so don't need to diet..so instead of working it'll harm ur health...I also don't diet...but yes don't eat unhealthy foods... That's it... It'll take different time to show the results according to everyone's different body figure...I got in 2 days.. maybe u can get in 2 weeks..but pls don't give up...keep Patience.. believe in urself ❤️ I'm not that type of girl who will give reviews..but I gave this means it's special...keep patience nd go ahead ❤️ Have a nice day bub~💗🌟 be

This is totally working,I was thinking that will it work or not but when I started it,i saw changes in my body and really loose weight even my double chin was removed after working for 5 days .........it is worth it thank you Roberta I did no diet just exercise and walking.... nothing else I used to eat in morning and only evening and night In afternoon I eat cucumber or lemon juice...and that's it.... sometimes I eat junk food too but it doesn't affect my body due to exercise ❤

So I did it for about three days and sadly fell out of it.. so unfortunately I didn't get any but I am trying new things like different excercises and eating more healthy and cutting down on my portions. So far I've been doing it for a week and hopefully I'll see some results on the scale tomorrow morning!!

I’ve done your exercises in 2020, I must say they were pretty effective! After a whole lot of skipping I’m finally here today, doing this exercise. My first day and I can tell I feel much more relaxed and fresh!

I wanna loose some belly fat and also be more healthy so Im gunna try to do this exercise *everyday* and update daily too, Hopefully I can be able to do it for atleast a month but goal for rn is half a year, gl to everyone else who is also trying to do this!! :D Day 1~ ✅ Day 2~ ✅ Side Note: My body was aching from the moment I woke up, bc of yesterday, but I still continued, so stay strong and keep going!!! Another thing, evebthought my body was aching, for some reason the exercises were a lot easier, so keep in mind as time goes on it will become easier. Day 3~ ✅ Day 4~ ✅ Day 5~ ✅ Day 6~ ✅ Day 7~ ✅ Side Note: I have officially done a week, and Im proud :D Day 8~ ✅ Day 9~ ✅ Day 10~ ✅ Side Note: WHOoOooOoOo double digits Day 11~ ✅ Day 12~ ✅ Day 13~ ✅ Day 14~ ❌ Side Note: I didnt do the exercises today bc i got my second covid vaccine and my arm is just not good, I hope tmrw I can do the exercises again and keep my daily routine.

I have asthma so this workout is a little hard, so i reduced the number of times i need to do it. im feeling motivated i will be sure to follow this every day, thanks Edit: i feel like im seeing improvement after 3 days Edit2 : ok im not even kidding im seeing so much improvement this is day 7 but im a bit busy today so i created my own exercise just for today😅

@@niroshasettibathula2484 I started this exercise 16 days before and still doing it.... ➡️You should eat sufficient breakfast. (Stop eating breakfast only when your stomach says to stop😊) Because it is the energy booster for a whole day. ➡️ For lunch, decrease the amount of rice, but don't avoid vegetables and pulses. ➡️ Take dinner early and decrease the amount of food a little bit. ➡️Avoid fast foods and other oily items Make sure that you're consuming all the nutrients....
