Ok I'm mixing it up again today woohoo! This Pilates Fusion workout is a full body HIIT that incorporate some Pilates inspired exercises. Our focus is mobility, flexibility and creating long, lean, toned muscles - and breaking a sweat of course! No equipment needed for this one and there is no jumping making this a low impact, apartment friendly workout. Remember to lengthen through the limbs, stretching through the fingers, pointing the toes and keep your core engaged. I loved this sweat sesh and I hope you do too!

I almost quit just because sometimes the slower ones are the most grueling. So I paused and flipped through the comments, it always inspires me to continue when I'm having a rough go because everyone is so positive and promoting the kind of good health and body changes I want to achieve! 😄😄😄

This is exactly what I was thinking too! Love all your workouts, but I'm really tired at the moment studying and doing an online course, I don't have the energy for jumping about but this is perfect for stretching after sitting too many hours! Thank you xx

Just finished this and loved it! It was nice and low impact but still made me sweat and out of breath. I make similar videos but sometimes it’s nice to join along with someone else’s workouts ☺️

I’m typically one for doing your faster HIIT cardio workout but lemme tell ya...for a wknd recovery this workout was PERFECT! 😃🙌🏽 And now you’ve converted me to Pilates. Felt all my muscles. Ty Heather!

Hands down my favorite work outs of yours are the barre and pilates fusions! I love the focus on lengthening and stretching the muscles while also strengthening. They compliment my dance training wonderfully. I would love to see these workouts going longer, in the 50-60 min range. I also love no repeats workouts! Thanks for getting me sweaty!

Wow! Hi Heather! I’m happy to see that your workouts are evolving! I love and try ALL of them, no matter the type they are. I’ve just finished the 12 week program that saved my life in this quarantine. Great idea to include in the calendar all kind of exercises like HIIT, Tabata, isometrics, fusion yoga, fusion pilates, etc... you’re just missing body barre 😅... I let you know that I never been so loyal to any KZbinr, except you. I tried once elsewhere but “I always run to you”. I still remember when we were uless than 5.000! Congrats!!! Your channel is growing up... the quality and your effort alway pays off. A huge hug! 😷😘 Ah! The best video part? When you smile!! 😊

I did this for my active recovery day and loved it! I have done pilates for years and while this is not super advanced, it is perfect for those new to pilates or as an active recovery routine. Thank you!
