Praying to the Lord Jesus to help...helped me... also get family and or friends together...and go for a 30 or more minutes of walking every evening... also switch bread out to multi grain or grain crunch bread..cutting out sweets a little too . May God help you... Praying for you..

I too have 4 kids. I’ve been working out with this video for the last three weeks and I’m starting to see a difference. The hardest for me is the exercise with the pillow.

I knew if I kept digging I could find a melanin mom with a body type I can relate to; I've had three babies via c-section, been in and out of shape. Knocking on 40's door...and I feel good, but I want to feel great and I've been consistent for about three months now. I can feel/see changes but stumbling upon you has made my day. I'm subscribing and excited to see what changes my body will make in the next 8 weeks! Keep doing your thing Queen!

First and foremost....THANK YOU! So many people said because I had a c-section that pooch would never go away....you are proof that it can. You look amazing and your spirit and energy are phenomenal! Some time ago I lost 40 lbs and I know I can and will do it again. I am also exploring intermittent fasting. I’m so excited to be on this journey and using your videos and Instagram as a resource. I been told that as well after 2 c sections although 23 years ago and twenty years ago today .. I believe after reading all these positive comments it can be done ✅... I have already lost an incredible amount of weight over the last couple of years and now I’m determined with this exercise routine I can get rid of the rest 🤷🏼‍♀️... will be starting this tomorrow morning first thing preparing everything tonight before I go to bed 😎✌🏻😘Xx

I lucked out after kids I lost my tummy with running after kids, exercising and living on a farm... BUT... after my hysterectomy 16 yrs ago UGH! I did classes ran, nothing worked. I do about the same exercises, now I can watch you, it works! Tks! Oh by the way, I'm 73 and you can do this! Blessings to you all.

Thank you so much for these Great workouts. I am seventy one and have lost 30 lbs. I try to get 10000 steps in at least 3 to 4 times a week and do your workouts 4 to 5 times a week. You are so encouraging Thank you again and keep them coming😊

Thank you, thank you, thank you! These exercises came into my life at the right time. My body has been showing more improvements with your exercise routines, then any other. I am a full time grocery work, pulling 2000lbs + pallets of load, 5 days a week. My schedule doesn't truly allow for time to work on my body. These videos are so helpful, and easy to do. What was your issue. You probably just need a juice cleanse with fruits n waters. It cleanse alot stomach infections.

Saturday August 15th 2020 Hello JosieLiz, I have to tell you that bumping into you KZbin video was a blessing! It actually inspired me to get back into starting to working out again! A little background on me and exercising ... I found it very hard to get motivated, and struggled with making time for exercising. I was working out for about 45 minutes to an hour, three to four times a week with no results- evident! Needless to say, one day I just stopped working out altogether.☹️ I started to stress over the way I was looking, but kept it to myself. Because I have never really been overweight. I found that the more I stressed, the more body fat I produced.☹️ Which was awful I must say! I started back up again 3 to 4 times a week, only to become uninspired and disappointed again after not seeing any results! ... It was an endless roller coaster for me! So I just stopped for months after that, and it just got easier for me to not workout at all! Until now, I feel quite motivated! Not to mention uplifted by watching your video! You make working out seem fun!! I'm going to try it for sure this time! Because I'm tired of looking the way I've been looking these days! And it only took your uplifting spirit to motivate someone like me to give working out another chance, and for good reason! Thank you so very much in advance for your great channel and inspiration! Welcome...i came back to this this morning and phew...! did I say the last time that this was simple? I did a HIIT 20 min. exercise before this, so, by the time I got to this, my tummy was burned out! Esp. the pillow pass..but I'll be back, lol. I did it, but it was a struggle girl! Phew!

I even celebrate with kicking like you!😂 I was doing the Chloe Ting abs and I’m on my fifth day out of 14...but I wanted to try your routine because it targets my c section pouch..which really bothers me.. Last June 2019, I was at my lowest. I pulled my self up by my bootstraps and changed my life around..I’m 5’3 and I WAS 215 pounds..I’ve lost 60 pounds so far and I’ve got 20 more to go! I am determined to show my three daughters, if I want something badly enough, I can change it. Thank you for your video, it’s really helped me mentally. To know there’s women out there who feel like I do about our after babies body.

I will start this work out this week. There are very few lower ab vids that don’t involve painful crunches or some form of crunch that don’t look like they work, or won’t work because I can’t do them. This is short, crunch free, no equipment and BEST of all she is a melanin sista like me. I never birthed kids but my pooch is aweful and I’m about to do something about it with this video starting now‼️ thank you

sis this is the simplest work outs I see by far that someone has done as a workout and to get results. am not doubting you I haven't done it but this I can surely try. not all this eliberate exercises and you know what you were being real when you said after the last workout am tired. this was real.

Love it! Easy to do, specially for me I have scoliosis and 2 herniated disk and everything I do hurts either my back or neck and these exercises did not. I’m doing them everyday : )

I really enjoyed this workout. I'm 44 and have had 2 c-sections. I'm thin but want to tone my abs. This workout was very clear. Wanting to fit my fav jeans and shed my Pooch. I want to look Super Fly for my sons high school graduation in 2 years. Thanks be blessed my fellow Black Queen! Will do this daily and report back in 30 days.

Your so cute, love your personality, and for everyone on here saying they have had C-sections Ive had 4 and was able to get rid of it with exercise, some times dieting but I hate not being able to eat what I want, so just eat less of those no nos. I'm gonna do this workout right after my nap.

I have had 6 kids, my belly has always been in pretty good shape but 18 months ago I was in a high speed head-on collision that contused my pelvis, tore my colon, small bowel and mesentary fat layer that covers my abdominal muscles. I have been unable to do hard core exercise due to possible herniations. Now that I'm over a year out and been cleared to work harder I am a BLOB!! Had a pacemaker put in in February and going through a lot of personal junk that has created a LOT of undue stress. Thank you for doing this!! I am gonna start TODAY and will be keeping up with my progress. THIS I can do!!!

Love this exercise, had fibroid removal surgery which left me with a 'foopah'. Lol... If possible with this exercise, can you recommend a moderate-beginner movement? I know I will eventually get to the goal. However, I had to stop in between. The build-up with strength, I know will happen. Thank you for sharing, I was looking for something that targets this area. I love your positive and cheery disposition while keeping things simple. Just what I was looking for. Nothing extreme just short exercises that target specific zones on the body. I appreciate that you made separate videos for each as it makes life easier. I can easily implement these workouts in my daily routine. As you say the trick is to be consistent. That’s my goal!
