In this video, I will show you 5 leg exercises with dumbbells at home. In this workout, we use almost all the muscles of the legs: quadriceps femoris, biceps femoris, glutes and calves. And with the help of additional weight, you can significantly increase the volume and strength of the legs.
I recommend that you include leg training in your workouts 2 times a week. The video shows the approximate number of approaches and repetitions, as they depend on the level of the athlete. Rest between sets 2-3 minutes.
Leg training gives a good response to hormones, which helps to increase your own testosterone. But for good results and progress, you must eat quality food and monitor the number of calories, and you must also forget about post-workout recovery.
