I watch your videos. I'm 52. Both knees replaced and I have lipodema and lymphedema. I swim every day and started lifting again. I'm getting stronger every day but some of your exercises I cannot do because of my knees and leg issues. I like learning from your videos. Also I have no gallbladder and hit menopause early so that makes it a challenge but I watch your videos to motivate myself. I'll never give up. I feel better every day when I go to the gym!

You continue to look amazing and always give sound advice. For some reason I had to laugh when you said "haggered". My problem is finding the time to work out... atm, my schedule is insane... 5:30am to 8/9pm I don't sit down... for now I'm just having enough trying to get to bed at a better hour... especially knowing I need to be up at 5:30am🤦🏾♀️Good luck to all us mature busy women looking after families and working more than full time... 💕❤️💕

Great as always. I'm 61 116 pounds 5ft 1inch. Trying to stay tone, very little muscle. Some days I eat very light and maybe 1 protein drink. Some days I eat 3 meals. As I should. Red my favorite color. Looks lovely on you 😊🤍❤

If you are unwell, you can lose it quite quickly such as in 2 weeks but the good thing is that muscle memory is real 💪🏼
