I watch your videos. I'm 52. Both knees replaced and I have lipodema and lymphedema. I swim every day and started lifting again. I'm getting stronger every day but some of your exercises I cannot do because of my knees and leg issues. I like learning from your videos. Also I have no gallbladder and hit menopause early so that makes it a challenge but I watch your videos to motivate myself. I'll never give up. I feel better every day when I go to the gym!

Melissa, yu are incredible amazing and inspiring and gorgeous! I saw a video of yu recently where people were criticizing yu about yre body and I feel like they are just really jealous and annoyed of yre incredible hard work. I think yu are beautiful and i cant wait to follow yr protocols 😊💗💗💗

You continue to look amazing and always give sound advice. For some reason I had to laugh when you said "haggered". My problem is finding the time to work out... atm, my schedule is insane... 5:30am to 8/9pm I don't sit down... for now I'm just having enough trying to get to bed at a better hour... especially knowing I need to be up at 5:30am🤦🏾‍♀️Good luck to all us mature busy women looking after families and working more than full time... 💕❤️💕

Hi Melissa! I am not over 40 but I still find your videos inspiring :) how do you integrate 4-5 HIIT in your training? Do you do them after each strenght session? I want to lose belly and back fat but I am concerned about losing weight on my legs and glutes. Any tips?

Thanks Melissa.. question, how much Ashwaganda do you recommend taking before bed? I'm 54yo, 5'9" and 207lbs looking to burn fat and firm up. My quads are already pretty muscular from my days of competitive swimming, so I don't want to bulk up in that area. Thanks in advance! 💖

Great as always. I'm 61 116 pounds 5ft 1inch. Trying to stay tone, very little muscle. Some days I eat very light and maybe 1 protein drink. Some days I eat 3 meals. As I should. Red my favorite color. Looks lovely on you 😊🤍❤

Ask? What the new 1st step to use weight lifts? My goal is purpose for lose weight important..I realize fat loss help by weight lifts then weight number loss..how much weight for 1st new step at warm up ? l how long it take till how much weight at 2nd step? If you are unwell, you can lose it quite quickly such as in 2 weeks but the good thing is that muscle memory is real 💪🏼
