Yay! Thank you for this one Greg! I am finding routines to do while healing a sprained ankle so I can continue to work out through it without causing any more damage to it, and this works for me. Another one to add to my rotated list! (I couldn't find my bands so did it isometrically and was totally sweating, another Yay!!) 🙏💜
