I feel like my arm's too short, because every time I try a scorpion, I kind of pull my leg on its own, and I feel like my arm is rather pulling it down than up. Any way to fix it?

I'm not quite sure what you're describing, but one thing that helped me is that whenever I grabbed my foot, I would push my foot against my hand and it would rise without my hand's help. This is just something that worked for me! Hope it helped!

If you have short arms try pulling your leg higher up rather than reaching your hand down. I had a friend help me balance with helped me get my foot up higher and get into the scorpion

After having pain, I don't know. But you should do lots of abs after stretching your back. Every time you strech, remember to release the tension by bending it in the opposite way, and then do some abs.

Holy man I really tried to get the scorpion and didn't know why I couldn't do it, because it seemed that I had the flexibility for it. After watching Alivia go into it like 20 times I got that I needed to tilt forwards while bringing the leg behind. Took me a while to figure out, just putting it out there if someone gets stuck and can't get it.

I follow along to this stretching routine everyday it has only been 3 days and I am doing a month the see if I get my scorpion!! On the first day I couldn’t even do anything like not even close and now I can do it a little bit but it’s terrible but at least I am making progress! In a month I will tell you guys if I got it and if I don’t I will stretch for another month!!

Omg I tried like this out today and I much closer! Last time when I tried it I tried putting my arm over my head and pulled my leg but I couldn't even pull it over! But now I've just stretched ( I had done splits routine and back stretch routine + splits and back routine ( scorpion video ) and I nearly done it thanks!

I have my splits and oversplits too but I am having trouble keeping my back up in the needle against the wall. I did the split on wall but I had trouble keeping my back up. Same! It's so frustrating because I have my needle but I can't show it off because I just fall. Even when I spot and lock out my knee, I always fall over. :(

Face the wall and lightly push the wall With your hands. Lift the leg up (that you would do your scorpion with) and just hold it in a lib. Then, go on your tip toes for 3 seconds, and then go down. (With ur other leg still up) do this 30 times each leg. It helps with balancing! Do it every day

@@macey2486 it's ok, everybody is different! It comes with patients :D just practice standing in a lib for as long as you can. Count while you do it. Try to beat ur time each day. That works too 👍
