Start: 6 Dec 2022 Old Aim: 14 days ✓ DONE! New Aim (edit): I stopped doing this in January and part of February but I'm back at it again! I have been doing this exercise but like I've remembered all the moves so I haven't been looking at this video haha and thus forgot to update the comments Keep doing this exercise guys. It really works!💪 Day 1: ✓ No change but my back pain has lessened Day 2: ✓ No change Day 3: ✓ No change Day 4: ✓ Back feels straighter, no real visible change yet Day 5: ✓ Day 6: ✓ My mom says that my hump has gotten better!!! :') Day 7: ✓ ✓ Did it twice today! Day 8 : X Didn't do it today cause I forgot... Day 9: ✓ Day 10: ✓ Day 11: ✓ Day 12: ✓ My shoulders aren't as rounded anymore Day 13: ✓ Day 14: ✓ I completed my initial goal of 14 days! I can keep a straight posture now. When I start slouching it actually starts to hurt a bit so I correct myself automatically. Of course this doesn't mean my neck hump is gone, it's still there but it has reduced! My shoulders are also still rounded but are honestly much less rounded than before. I'm going to keep doing this till my rounded shoulders and neck hump are gone. Day 15: ✓ Day 16: ✓ Day 17: ✓ Day 18: X Was way too tired today so I skipped. Day 19: ✓ Day 20: ✓ Day 21: ✓ Day 22: ✓ Day 23: ✓ I can finally tie my hair up without feeling too bad about my neck hump :') it's still there but it's an acceptable hump if that make sense lol Day 24: X Day 25: ✓

I'm from India and I would really like to thank you for showing these wonderful exercises. My parents always tell me that my posture is really very bad. That's because how lazy I became during covid-19 period. But now as I've started doing these exercises for last few days I'm feeling the changes in my posture. I got to know about these and many other exercises from my grandfather whose age is 85+ and still he does them daily. It's just that I wasn't doing it quite well but after seeing how you did them I am encouraged to do them daily. Thank you again for this😊👍

Hey guys! Just started doing these...Gonna update you all. I am going to do it twice a day. Day 1-✅️ Done. I felt pain in my shoulders and my neck was burning. Day 2-✅️ felt pain in my shoulders and my neck was burning..but did it anyways. Day 3-✅️ did it only once today. Day 4-✅️ did twice today felt pain in my arms. No changes yet. Day 5-✅️ felt a lil bit pain. Day 6-✅️ did only once today. Day 7-❎️ didn't do it . Day 8-✅️ did once. Day 9-✅️ did once.
Очень хорошие упражнения особенно для тех кто много сидит, если выполнять дважды в день утром и вечером (всего то по 10 минут) результат будет отличный, но нужно заставить себя, а это не просто, т. к. лень. Спасибо

А я бо́льшей частью лежу после травмы. Даже вяжу спицами, лёжа. Причём, на левом боку, шея с рукой затекают к вечеру - сил нет. Попробую это упражнение, вдруг поможет?

I have started doing this exercise yesterday,so i will always come every day,and tell you guys what happen Chapter 1,2022 in summer: Day 1:✅ I felt a lot of pain,but no changes Day 2:✅felt a little pain,but see some changes,I have hunchback and I am starting to have hunchneck but my back is starting to strengthen up🤗 Day 3:✅I didn't felt a lot of pain,but when I was doing the exercises it was burning my neck and my arms,but I my posture is kinda improving🙈😜 Day 4:✅I felt less pain,and my back is getting straight.❤️ Day 5:✅My neck was burning and hurting at the same time,when I was doing it,and my right shoulder was hurting me when I was doing this 6:02 exercise,but my posture improved😊🤗❤️ Day 6:✅I didn't felt any pain again,and my posture is strengthen up👍☺️ Day 7:✔️The reason I put the black tick is because,I did half of it.And I have migraine(And headache were you can feel pain on sided of your head)I hope I can do it tomorrow,and my posture has improved Day 8: ❌ Didn't do it because I wasn't feeling well Day 9:✅I finally did it,but I felt little pain in my shoulder area Day 10:✅I did it,my neck was paining me when I was doing this exercise 2:40 and my right shoulder was piani g me when I was doing this exercise 4:20.But I am happy I did it. My neck been so sore for the past couple of days and doing this routine was able to ease the pain tremendously even though it was my first time doing it! Thank you so much for making this video, you're literally saving lives ♡
Спустя 1,5 месяца выполнения этого комплекса упражнений, могу отметить, что: 1. Результат был виден уже спустя 2 недели, холка уменьшилась процентов на 20%. 2. Еще спустя 2 недели я с удивлением заметила, что у меня перестали выпирать лопатки🤯 то есть если встать боком, то их не видно вообще, эта область теперь ровная и гладкая. До начала упражнений, если вставала спиной к стене, то кулак с легкостью проходил через поясницу и место еще оставалось, теперь же кулак проходит с трудом. Я в шоке, не знала, что так можно, хотя во время комплекса лопатки хорошо так напрягались. Теперь любуюсь в зеркало своим отражением ровной спины. 3. Что касается холки, то от нее осталось 20-25% от изначального размера, если приблизить, то кажется, будто шея вросла в плечи. От плотного жирового отложения практически ничего не осталось, продолжаю работать, потому что у меня сами шейные позвонки искривлены из-за неправильной осанки. Результатами очень довольна, делала раз в день перед завтраком, за эти 6-7 мин результат просто бомбический. Ну и само собой, сейчас не сутулюсь, ибо мышечный корсет не позволяет. Всем рекомендую эти упражнения, сама сейчас делаю другой комплекс с этого же канала.

Спасибо большое за этот комментарий. Я начала делать упражнения на осанку и холку дня 4 назад, переживала, будет ли у меня результат за 2 недели, теперь у меня больше уверенности в себе. Конечно же 2 недель недостаточно, надеюсь, я продержусь до конца этого лета и пойду на 3 курс уже со стройной спиной и без холки
@@an_lilibeth я тогда где-то делала месяц, и холка и вправду стала меньше, а спина прямее, плюс она начала меньше болеть, но потом я прекратила, и сейчас все как и раньше :( вот, несколько дней назад снова начала делать, надеюсь, на этот раз не заброшу

The video was posted 2 years ago but it's been 10 to 12 days since I have been doing these exercises, I used to have very bad neck hump and round shoulders so I had been following other youtubers and doing their suggested exercises but nothing worked as well as this video did I am so happy that my neck hump is disappearing slowly my shoulders are getting back to its position and I can see my round back is also getting back to its position in short, I have a good posture now all thanks to the creator ❤
How many times should we do this exercise. This video is very very useful. I got good results just in one try. Great exercises. We spend far too much time in awkward positions such as using iPad, driving, carrying shopping which all contribute to bad posture. We need to exercise back muscles more so thank you for demonstrations.

You should be working out in general 3-4 times a week for at least 40 minutes at a time of intense exercise. Put this in your routine as a warn-up or cool-down. And to answer your question you work it until it works. Than you push yourself to be better. You can do It.

чувствую в себе недостаток мотивации, поэтому буду отмечать прогресс каждый день! моя цель - продержаться хотя бы неделю день 1: ✔️ было сложновато и местами болела спина, но мне понравилась интенсивность упражнений. под конец приятно тянет плечи день 2: ✔️ всё примерно также, побаливает спина, особых изменений в шее нет (что нормально, ведь это только второй день, хахах) день 3: ✔️ у меня сегодня был тяжёлый в плане нагрузок на спину день, а упражнения помогли чуть растянуть её и снять напряжение :) стало чуть легче их делать! день 4: ✔️ утром мне показалось, что горб немного уменьшился! упражнения делаются легче день 5: ✖️ к сожалению, пришлось пропустить этот день из-за обстоятельств день 6: ✔️ всё примерно также! день 7: ✔️ сделано! день 8: ✖️ забыла :( день 9: ✖️ снова забыла, мне жаль день 10: ✔️ сделано! холка определенно уменьшилась. еще мне кажется, будто шея стала крепче чисто на ощупь (уже не такая хрупкая как раньше) первоначальная цель в неделю завершена, пусть и с пропусками! ставлю новую - две недели :) день 11: ✔️ сделано! день 12: ✔️ сделано! горб сильно уменьшился с первого дня день 13: ✔️ сделано! мама потрогала мою шею и сказала, что горба уже как будто и нет :) день 14: ✖️ к сожалению, пришла домой поздно и сразу легла спать день 15: ✔️ сделано! день 16-18: ✖️ у меня нет особых оправданий, я просто засыпала в неподходящее время 😭 день 19: ✔️ сделано! к слову: я перестала делать два последних упражнения из-за болей, которое они вызывали в левой части спины. к тому же я только щас вспомнила, что у меня сколиоз и я не знаю, можно ли мне так изгибать спину 🥲 день 20: ✔️ сделано! холка пока никак больше не меняется где-то на неделю я забыла об упражнениях и тут же пожалела, потому что горб и боль в шее вернулись 😭 делаю заново день 21: ✔️ сделано! очень соскучилась по ощущению усталости в шее, хахха день 22: ✔️ сделано! день 23: ✔️ сделано! день 24: ✔️ сделано!

Є ще один урок, стаємо до стіни зігнувши спину в поясі рівно на 90° головою впираємося в стіну, а руки по стіні піднімаємо вгору, все вище і вище, і так пробуємо тримати декілька хвилин, щоб були натягнуті певні м'язи спини, лопаток, поясу.

I couldn't bend my head to the right shoulder as easily as i could the left shoulder, after finishing these exercises the tension was gone and i could bend my head and neck equally left as right. I'm definitely gonna keep doing these daily for a few weeks. Looking forward to the results.

I have same issue. I am not able to rotate my neck on right side. It's been like this for 7-8 months. Can't remember when i was able to watch behind my back. Could this excercise help me to improve it?

It relief the stiffness on the shoulder. I can do this simple workout while waiting my laundry to get done. Perfect.

Personally, I have very broad structure with really wide bones, add in my sedentary lifestyles and as a student, hours of crouching at my desk. It makes my back look rounded with a big neck hump, though from the front it looks ok.. Anyway, I'll do these exercises for a month. Day 1: done. Was really easy and didn't hurt. Day 2:

Accountability Check: Started: 20th Aug, 2024 Ends: in 30 days Day 1: lots of pain; it was really hard for me (thanks to my Spondylosis) Day 2: it was just a tiny bit easier than yesterday, no change in the neck hump yet

Started on August 20th Week 1 : ✔ 𝑫𝒐𝒏𝒆 Week 2 : ✔ 𝑫𝒐𝒏𝒆 After two weeks, I can keep a straight posture, and my neck hump is 50% gone. My mom noticed the difference too😁 I'll do this for one more week Day 15 : ✔ 𝑫𝒐𝒏𝒆 Day 16 : Day 17 : Day 18 : Day 19 : Day 20: Day 21 : _Result_
