This is an amazing workout for me for my lazy days. I have been doing Roberta's 30 mins HIIT so this felt relatively very easy to me. Didn't feel like doing workout today but came across this video and decided against. All the workout videos are exceedingly spectacular.

Hi, Roberta! Today was my first day doing this exercise and it went pretty well! I will keep all of you updated until the end of March when I finish this goal! Day 1: Didn’t hurt that much and was pretty easy! Day 2: Still pretty easy. Didn’t feel aching at all! Also, if I don’t see curves at all at the end of the month (not sure about this because of my age) I will do it all again on April!👍 Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅ Day 5:✅. I’m sorry I didn’t update you guys for the past three days. I did the workout but completely forgot to write down my progress. Again I am really sorry. Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅. My back has been aching for the past few days but it got less painful today! Day 8:✅. MY BACK IS HURTING SO BAD😭😭 Day 9:✅. My back isn’t hurting as bad as yesterday anymore👍🏽 Day 10:✅. It made my back hurt so badly😭 Day 11:✅ Hey guys it’s supposed to be my 24th day but sadly I haven’t been able to work out. Recently my home caught on fire and recently I haven’t been feeling so well because sadly my dog stayed in the building and currently we don’t know anything about him. I also don’t know if you guys know about the Palatine IL Windhaven apartments burnt down but sadly one of the apartments was my home. And I am very sorry for not being able to do these exercises and update you guys. Hey everyone, I feel a lot better since the fire. Thanks for all of your guy’s concern. Since I feel better, I’ve decided to start the workout over and write my progress again. So, it 7-16-23, July 16th, 2023, my first day of the workout. Also, I’ll do it again on August if I don’t see any changes, again, I don’t know about that because of my age. Ok, so here I go, writing my progress! Day 1:✅. It was pretty easy, but I felt tired after I finished, but it was easy. Day 2:✅. Easy, it was a little painful, but I still finished Day 3:✅ Day 4: I’m so sorry I didn’t finish!! I got busy with back to school shopping and helping my parents at work!! I’m very sorry guys! Today, august 16th, 2023, I will start and actually finish. So here I go! Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅

I will be tracking my exercises all the way to the end! Day 1) SW: 120Ibs The exercises were incredibly hard and i wanted to give up but didn't! 4/8/2023 i did not forgettt (Day 2) SW 120Ibs i did the workout and its still pretty hard but most def easier! 4/9/2023 Day 3) It was pretty easy but more tiring because i'm on my period 😢but i think im ready to try this workout 2x a day!😊 -1lbs (119lbs)

Day1 :I was bloated before working out.I was feeling fine after the workout that i did at 1am. The next morning my bloated stomach was gone. Day 2: I feel fine im gonna continue doing this until school starts lol Day 3:I felt fine and i saw some a little bit of changes Day 4: I just finished it and i feel pretty good and more confident in my body Day 5: I totally recommend doing this and im slowly starting to sdd changes and my abbs are a bit visible Day 6: I feel a bit tired today but i still did it and i recommend Day 7: I totally see a difference and i lost 2pounds Day 8: I just finished it and a feel great Day 9: Im feeling a bit sore but i see differences Day 10: Its my last workout bc tmr school starts but i see a difference and i lost 4Ib I started 105Ib 26inch waist I ended 101lb 24inch waist keep in mind I only did this for 10 days and did another one of her hourglass body videos and had an app called Loose belly fat at home wich I started like 10days before I started doing this workout I also did not follow a diet but I ate around 1,200cal a day. Also idk if this is bc of working out but my skin feel alot better and hasn’t broken out or anything since i started working out Tips: Hydration u have to ik everyone tells u this but its actually very important don’t try not to eat ur not gonna have energy to do any workout trust me from experience and it also very bad for your health, try not to eat sugar ik it delicious but u have to cut back a bit and i did this for myself to feel better and more confident don’t do it for others do it for u and ur health Also i didn’t see anyone who completed their comment, added tips and said what they were before and after so i wanted to show u guys and ya HAVE FUN U WILL LOOKK AMAZING AFTER

@@RobertasGym Thank you, you have no idea how I was feeling. it's been 3 years since I attended a gym, after the operation on my feet I was unable to do most of the exercises until this year when my doctor confirmed that I am fully recovered now I can go back to the gym but I had another challenge of working far away from the city. So my last resort was to set up a gym at home. I really appreciate your work. Thanks again

Shivani 12 kg in a month is a very big goal, it's going to be very hard to achieve it, and it's not a healthy thing to do. Try to set realistic goals for your body, like 5 kg per month. You just need to exercise everyday with high-intensity workouts. Here's a good workout I recommend you do: studio.kzbin.info_iHtqyLLyzs/edit It will help you burn 200 calories in one session. Doing this exercise every day for 30 days Day 1: wasnt hard, some exercises were a bit hard. No changes yet. Day 2: was a little bit harder than day 1, but still easy. I dont see any changes on my body. Day 3: wasnt hard at all, i think my waist alreday became smaller. Day 4: i forgot to do it Day 5: easy, i can see little changes on my waist. Day 6: same as day 5. Day 7: a bit harder than usual. I definitely see some changes on my body. Day 8: same as day 7.

Keeping updates for my plan to do this once a day (I’m also doing another completely different exercise): Day 1: First time doing it wasn’t overwhelming, no soreness or discomfort, feeling confident ❤ Day 2: A little more soreness and difficulty, but nothing at all intense, feeling motivated 🧡 Day 3: Didn’t do it because I was cleaning up after a flood that happened around the usual time I do it, but I did do my other exercise later in the day. With both of these exercises I feel like I’m already starting to see results. Feeling proud 💛 Day 4: Went to bed late and woke up late so I decided not to do it because I was going to do my other one later anyway, but I promise tomorrow I’ll do it, and I really think I’m starting to see results. Feeling excited 💚 Day 5: Forgot to update yesterday but I did do the workout, I definitely feel like it’s getting easier the more I do it and I feel less sore each time, feeling proud 🩵 Day 6: Spent the day deep cleaning my entire house and I was too exhausted to do it, I’ve got to up my game I haven’t done my other one today either, feeling determined 💙

Day -1: Excited to do it and completed it. Day-2: Legs were paining a bit. I have a question....does these exercises will also reduce thigh fat?as i dont want it to decrease...and how many days will it take to see changes as i am doing it twice a day?

I’ve been watching lots of workout videos (since i started yesterday) but i will be recording how i’m doing. Day 1: a little hard and had some aches, but i’m still motivated to getting my dream body. I’ll be doing this for a week and see the differences and continue. Day 2: easier than yesterday, but when i woke up my thighs hurt so much, but i felt even more motivated that it means the exercise is working!!

I got invited to a pool party on may 30th. I convinced my friends that I have an hourglass figure (I do but it’s just because I’m skinny) and I want to make my hourglass stand out way more than it already does so I’m going track my progress and see if it actually works! Day 1: ✅ I feel very motivated to keep on going. Day 2:✅ this one hurt a bit but I’m ready to take the pain on 🫶🔥✨😻 Day 3: ✅??? I didn’t do all of it because today just wasn’t it…I’ll do double tomorrow THOUGH!! Day 4: ✅ I’m slowly seeing results Day5: ✅ felt good today for some reason. Day 6: ✅ I’m actually seeing results

Day 1 : I'm doing this two time a day first early in the morning and then at evening/night..... After exercising my legs are shivering a bit..... But it's good ❤️ really wanna achieve an hourglass figure. Day2: okay so I'm unable to do the exercise in the evening but doing it in the morning... And as I said earlier my legs were shivering and now they're paining but it feels good :,-) and I really wanna achieve an hourglass. I stopped doing the exercise Now on 13/9/2024 I'm starting it again. And today's Day 1: I've completed the exercise and I'm feeling fresh. I really wanna achieve hourglass figure. 17/9/2024 I've doing this exercise continuously and I'm feeling a bit light.

The progress: day1: didn't feel any aches, went a lot more easier than i thought.(COMPLETED) day2: also didn't feel any aches today, it will take a while to notice the difference but i feel confident already.(COMPLETED) day3: Felt some aches today, did it 2 times. 1 morning, 1 evening. Went a lot more easier today tho.(COMPLETED)

It is normal to have an inverted triangle body all,body shapes are normal don't feel bad that it just doesn't suit the beauty standard (which keeps changing) and do what makes u feel healthy.

Here lemme give you advice. I lost like 3kg in one month because i walked and runned wiht my friends. You dont have to like run but try jogging 👟 you can take some rest And when im Home i do some HIIT workouts. I hope you ok 👌.
