Hello, family. I was born in Central America. My parents now deceased, are from Spanish Town and Clarendon. I grew up on this kind of food. I have been cooking from 9 yrs old. I will be 78 yrs soon. I stop eating meat on Fridays. Because of diabetes. I mostly eat roasted veggies with pasta or seafood. This recipe I will add to my list. I'm vegan as well. I'd prob add the 🥥 water to the blender and I support this recipe 😊 Also, I'd recommend adding some young green jackfruit in the stewpeas as an animal meat substitute. Look up using jackfruit instead ✊🏿

Just finished making it! Didn’t have all the same seasoning powder so I substituted but it still tasted good! Thyme is a must! I even added a little liquid smoke. It’s delicious y’all. TFS!
