Hello, family. I was born in Central America. My parents now deceased, are from Spanish Town and Clarendon. I grew up on this kind of food. I have been cooking from 9 yrs old. I will be 78 yrs soon. I stop eating meat on Fridays. Because of diabetes. I mostly eat roasted veggies with pasta or seafood. This recipe I will add to my list. Thanks for taking me back to my childhood. ❤️ and blessings to you all.

Deddy I am from Cali and I have always loved Jamaican food and have always wanted to make it myself. I ran across your channel about a month ago and have watch ever since. I must say your food looks so delicious and flavorful. I wish I were in Canada just to taste your home cooked food. I enjoy watching you all.

I'm vegan as well. I'd prob add the 🥥 water to the blender and I support this recipe 😊 Also, I'd recommend adding some young green jackfruit in the stewpeas as an animal meat substitute. Look up using jackfruit instead ✊🏿
