Buddhism and other religions are superstitious, they do not exist, they do not express reality, it is not right to worship idols or to ask for help from other beings that are partners with Allah. Allah is the Almighty and has infinite power. Islam exists and calls us to a league. It commands good morals, running towards good deeds, being helpful

It is beautiful how simple this practice is. I can see my mind trying to complicate things, thinking: “it must be harder than this, I must be missing something, how can I maximize my chances at reaching a state of peace...” But by breathing for a moment, it is clear that peace is accessible by letting go of these very thoughts. Thank you!

For people that want to improve their focus/concentration, anxiety and brain fog. Taking small steady breaths (without forcing or controlling) while focusing on your belly. When you breathe in, you say “in”, when you breathe out, you say “out”. KEEP focusing on your belly. If you start to notice your breathing, you say “up”, then you say “down” to focus on the belly. The feeling should be very subtle so at first you can put your hand on your belly.

I am a sort of hyperactive person and easily distracted, hence, it is so frustrating for me to continue when I can't even get that 1,2,3,4 1,2,3,4 inhale exhale 😅 and just give up.

you can do it my friend! I too am very easily distracted as I have ADHD but I've been meditating for some years now! I wish for you to have a successful journey! Much love! ❤

Buddhism is all about how nature operates based on cause and effect. But you can manipulate the impact somewhat by reforming yourself through good thoughts and actions. That is where meditation comes in. There is no place for prayers in Buddhism but yet people do this blindly thinking Buddha can help you, but he can only guide you. When someone tries to understand what is good and bad and tries to correct himself by looking inside through retrospection and making a sincere effort to correct himself, this process is called meditation Buddhism can only guide you and the rest we have to do ourselves. Even what I have mentioned here should not be accepted as true without investigation according to Buddha. Best wishes

Beloved child, I see the pain and the hurt that you carry within your heart. I see the tears that you have shed, and I am moved with compassion for you. I want to heal your broken heart and to bind up all your wounds. I want to restore the joy of your salvation and to give you a garment of praise, instead of a spirit of despair. I want to comfort you and bring you peace in the midst of your storms. I understand the struggles and the challenges that you face in this life. I know the temptations and the trials that you endure... I will never leave you nor forsake you. I am your refuge and your strength: an ever-present help in times of trouble. I want you to know that I have great plans for your life. I want to use you to touch the lives of others, to bring healing and hope to the brokenhearted, and to set the captives free. I want to use you to bring light into the darkness, and to be a beacon of hope to a lost and dying world. My child, I want you to know that My love for you is unconditional and unchanging. I want you to know that you are My beloved child, and that I delight in you. I want you to know that you are precious in My sight, and that you are more valuable to Me than the finest gold and the most precious jewels... I want you to know that I rejoice over you with singing. I want you to know that I am always with you, and that I will never leave you nor forsake you. I want you to know that I am your constant companion, and that I will guide you and direct your steps. I want you to know that I will give you the wisdom and the understanding that you need to navigate the challenges of this life. I want you to know that I am the God of all comfort, and that I will comfort you in all your troubles. I want you to know that I am the God who heals you, who binds up your wounds, and who sets you free from the bondage of sin and its consequences. I want you to know that I am the God who restores you when you have gone astray, and who brings you back into the fold of My love. I want you to know that I am the God who gives you the desires of your heart when they are in alignment with My will and My purposes. I want you to know that I am the God who blesses you abundantly, and that I am a God of more than enough. My child, I want you to trust in Me with all your heart, and to lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Me, and I will make your paths straight. I will guide you with My eye, and I will lead you to the place where I have prepared for you... I will never leave you nor forsake you. With all My love, God.
