நான் இதுவரை 5 months 10 days complete பண்ணிருக்கேன். 08 மே 2023 அன்று 130 kg இருந்த நான் இப்போது 18 அக்டோபர் 23 106 kg இருக்கிறேன் ❤. 1)10000 steps daily. 2)no hard work. 3)no physical activities. 4)100% காலோரி control. 5)no smoke and drunk 6)8 hours better sleep. 7)tea, coffee, milk, and sweets, chocolates... Never touch. 8)no maida, no tea kadai snakes, no junks food. 9)Amazon ல scale வாங்கி அளந்து சாப்பிடுகிறேன்.

When you are on calorie deficit, intermittent fasting is not needed. Calculate what you eat and portion control will help

Hello Doctor! I am Akshay from kanya kumari.For the past 6years I was suffering from shoulder dislocation problem. Most of the people I know,they are saying surgery won't cure this shoulder dislocation problem.Even a ortho doctor says the same thing. They are saying only Strengthening excercise will cure this problem.But for 3 years I was Strengthening my shoulders.I was not able to throw a thing.Even it is hard to lift some 7kg dumbells.Please Doctor Make a video regarding this.And also say why people are opposing key hole surgery.Please doctor make a Video.Please doctor. Hi doc,started intermittent fasting 1 month before and reduced 3 kgs i am doing cardio 3 days and strength training 3 days becoz i am having only that much time as i am wrking mom and eveng 30 min walking but after 3 kgs my weight stopped to reduce what might be the reason i am in calorie deficit only and avoided junk foods and all..

ஆம் கரணம் இதற்கு பதில்(அரிசி.கோதுமை.பால்.) நாம் உண்ணும் உணவில் நார்ச்சத்து குறைவு மாவுச்சத்து அதிகம். சிறுதானிய வகையாக இருந்தாலும் அளவோடு தான் எடுக்கவேண்டும். காய்கறிகள் எவ்வளவு வேண்டுமானாலும் எடுக்கலாம்
