Thanks Dr. Karthikeyan for all your videos, which are very informative and soothing to hears. Keep giving more and God bless you. Just to add, I walk 30 minutes after each meal. Target 10,000 steps per day which covers 4.5 miles (approximately 7.25 KM). Excellent glucose control. I have been diabetic for 40 years and I am 60 years now. Timing of walking is very important. Walking immediately ie twenty to thirty minutes from the time of taking first bite of the food, and walking for 30 minutes lowers the postprandial sugar hike and levels it. Excellent results. I have even reduced my medications by 50%. Walking this much is refreshing, rejuvenating and has helped me regain my self confidence. So walk walk walk.

Excuse me Sir. You mean to say that the Morning walk for 30 to 40 mts is no way helpful to reduce the PP level?
