It was a different time lol... though technically not. For one thing, stop only storing numbers in your phone. Write it down, say it out loud. We need to strengthen our youths ability to remember things. I learned pretty much everything with song and writing it down. Those were my memory triggers. Anything I sang, I knew and anything I wrote down I could almost visually recall it.
