I think my favorite thing about ALL of these videos - I appreciate that there is a mix of all body types and coordination. It's not all color coordinated super-fit people all doing choreographed moves. Everyone is doing their own style of the main exercise, and that is encouraging me to want to do more.

This is the first time having an exercise instructor say, "it doesn't matter which arm you start on," and "see where you can take it" while encouraging me to do only what I am CAPABLE of doing. I also love that you are allowing me to do it in my own way, encouraging self-expression and FUN! I just wanted to say how POWERFUL that is. It made me cry at the end!! THANK YOU! I can't tell you how many times I quit an exercise class because it was too fast, too difficult, had complicated moves to follow, everyone else was way better than me at it, etc. And now that I am dealing with chronic pain, I can't even imagine trying attend a local class. Doing exercise at home is my only option, and I used to LOVE to dance. This wonderful because we have permission to work at our own pace while still challenging ourselves, but you've also made it FUN and EASY. What a wonderful instructor! THANK YOU! Going to order this right NOW!

Haven't heard the music in awhile! Went back to my "got to" exercise I heard the Music to night for the first time in 3yrs (as the tears fall down my face)........ Now I have to move to next one!!! Thank you , Missy

There’s about ten of your KZbin videos that I dance to about 3-4 times a week over the last three months. I feel so much better now!! Helped me through the pandemic in addition to helping me get rid of lower back and hip pain which was the result of sitting so much over the last year. I thank you !!! The key is to keep moving.

Omg I have seen your video for the first time yesterday and I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE your Spirit your way of just being free by dancing. I'm such a dancing queen that everytime I go to a party or family gathering I'm the first one dancing and the last one to stop the music and I just can't express what your videos have done for me in just a short moment that I was able to watch you and I enjoyed 7 videos back to back last night, I couldn't stop dancing... You are such a Warrior and I love that about you Ms. Misty. I absolutely love your kindred Spirit and Soul.. I found Body Groove on FB a few days ago. I have chronic back pain and the thing I love about body groove is it is fun and I can adjust myself to where I'm not trying to hurt myself. I have tried so many different exercises and they either keep me hurting or they relax me so much that I just don't want to move. I started Body Groove yesterday using these videos. I have had fun and I have hurt afterwards! I will be getting the DVDs as soon as I can! For now I've only been doing 1 maybe 2 videos on here a day but I feel energized after just the first video! Thank you for making a FUN and adjustable exercise!

I have trouble standing just to stand. So doing exercises is hard for me. But I ind that I can do the upper body parts of the exercises. I lust love your videos.

I just saw this video on FB today. I watched it, liked it and so came here to find it. I am a two time heart attack survivor. I had my first at 48, and then two months later, another one. I used to be athletic. A cheerleader, dancer, then coach for cheer and basketball, as well as equestrian advisor for 4H. Now I am lucky to walk from my car to the store. I have handicap placards. I need help. I gained 24 pounds since the first heart attack. 18 of it in the ICU. I cannot walk long, nor run, but when I saw this video, and it was 5 minutes, I had to see if I could do it. I did! My legs are so tight right now, but I did it. I need your help. I know to lose weight I need to break a sweat, and I didn’t while doing this, even though I worked hard. The bob and weave is what got to my legs. I have three stents in my heart and three in my artery leading to my legs, and may need a fourth. I must work out to get this weight off, become healthy again, and live! I just had my first grand child, and I want to live! I started smoking years ago and I, combined with my genetics, did this to myself. It took a lot for me to just try your arm workout. I am in tears sitting here, knowing what needs to be done, but also knowing I need help. You weren’t yelling at me in the video, pushing me where I can’t go yet. My small vessels may never give my legs enough oxygen to do what I used to, but I need to do what I can. Make the most of what I have left. Can you help me? I am 49, 5ft and weigh 188 now. I went from a chubby size 10, to an obese size 16. There is no shame in this anymore. It is what it is. But...I want to live.
