Tried this warm-up for my past two workouts that included heavy squats and deadlifts. I got into position effortlessly and the weights moved the smoothest they ever have. It unlocked a lot of mobility and, with it, strength. Earlier it used to be painful to get into a low-bar squat rack position. But today evening I slipped into it like butter. Effortless. No pain. Smoothest squat session of my life. Thank you so much for your excellent content that helps lifters like me have an easier time in the gym.
