I started doing this yesterday!! I’ll share my progress here. like this to remind me!! Day 1: I weigh 56 kg. I thought it’s gonna be easy but it’s not lol. So I did 500 jumps today and this was so intense!! It’s 4 pm and the weather was so hot so I sweat so much but it’s cool tho lol. I don’t feel any burn in my legs today but I expect this to be soooo bad tomorrow. Day 2: as I was expecting, my leg hurt so bad. But even if it hurts, I finished 600 jumps today. Btw I also do ab and hips workout after I jump rope. I take a lot of brakes because I kept on jumping the wrong time and hitting myself with the rope😂 Day 3: 700 jumps done!! my leg hurts so bad. I took a little break every 100 jumps because my legs just cant jump anymore but I’m keeping in mind that I want to loose weight(my motivation😂) i did my ab and hip workout too Day 4: I went to my friends house and went home around 4 pm because I don’t want to skip my workout haha. I did 800 jumps today and like before, I’m taking a break every 100 jumps. I did not do my ab and hip workout today because my whole body hurts. Like to remind please!!

I did this exercise for a month; the first week I didn't see physical results but I felt very light and the swelling in my abdomen decreased, the second week changes began to be seen, It was noticeable that my stomach measurements had decreased and by the third week the change was even more noticeable because many of my clothes were no longer tight. You have to be careful with the exercise because unfortunately I hurt both ankles because I did it 6 times a week for 20 minutes and that was a lot for a beginner like me.

@@superfangirl3037 not every time. Just possibly 2 or 3 times. I have no idea how long I do it cos I'm on my phone the whole time. Probably less than 10 mins. It's not some serious stretch. You just need to make sure each leg is stretched at least 10 times in each session

Starting this tomorrow I’ll do daily or every two day updates! I’m a teen looking to loose weight :) Starting weight : 64.4kgs or 142lbs Goal : Just looking to loose a few kgs Start date : 26th September I’m starting with 300 increasing by 100 each day! • Day one : Doing good but very hard so far! :) • Day two check up : I already feel stronger! I can do more than yesterday by a lot! check in tomorrow • day three : it went okay today I was a bit tired so I didn’t do as well • Day four! : It went well today! I’m getting better at not taking breaks • Day five : Day was the best so far and I’m going to continue this challenge for the month of October! If anyone else is trying this feel free to drop a reply • Day Six : It’s going great, the next time I update its gonna be a week later! • Day 12 : I actually really enjoy this challenge as I normally find exercise quite boring! Ill answer some questions on day 13 :) • Day 20 : I know I said I’d answer questions on day 13 but I forgot so I’ll answer now! Ill also update my weight, I might slow down with updates even more as my homework is piling up. Updated weight : 54.6kg Questions : The times I jump roped each day were the same, each day I jumped before lunch so around 1 o’clock :) Also I didn’t really feel comfortable answering my age but I’ll say I’m in Sophomore year. My height is 5’4 so I’m pretty short lmao. Hope I answered the questions okay? •Day 25 : I didn’t do the challenge today as motivation lacked and homework was stressing, ill maybe update next week.

Started doing it again yesterday. Day 1 - 1500 skips Day 2 - 3000 skips Day 3 - 3600 skips Day 4 - 3000 skips Day 5 - 3500 skips Day 6 - Rest Day 7 - 3000 skips Day 8 - 3650 skips Day 9 - 3000 skips. (BTW, I'm feeling super low these days as honestly I don't see much changes. Can anyone suggest me something else to add on to make me more motivated. I really don't want to stop this time.) Day 10 - 3000 skips completed! Day 11 - 3000 skips Day 12 - 3000 skips Day 13 - 700 skips. (had to leave in between due to some emergency ) Day 14 - Rest. Day 15 - Rest Again Day 16 - 1500 skips. Day 17 - Rest. Day 18 - Rest. Day 19 - 3000 skips. Day 20 - Rest. (I know I look a little inconsistent but I'm currently struggling to fix a workout for myself. I won't give up. ) To anyone wondering whether I stopped working out or anything like that, actually, I stopped skipping because I found my love in strength training. so currently I'm doing strength training exercises.
