Great background and purple flowers. Love the variety of moves/combos, it kept me focused and made the workout go by quickly. Will add on another short one.

if you want honest feedback... I'm in my early 70s, used to regular exercise but arthritic and overweight. I found this a bit fast for me and couldn't follow some of the switching between what the arms are doing compared to what the feet are doing. But, then again, you can't please anyone with every workout. I know that and will keep following along with you.

Hi! I appreciate honest feedback:) This workout is an intermediate level workout. I create 3 levels (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you head to the playlists on my main channel page, you'll see all of the workouts categorized into the various levels. There is also another feature on KZbin where you can slow the pace down. I hope that helps!
