Oh my word...... I cant believe this has been out for a year. I think actually i found you just coming on a year..... This was extraordinary, unique, doable, fantastic..... This is 100000% going to be a regulat for me now. I even managed push ups. Really felt the dead lifts working. Ladies please please try this. Hullo Jules, Has anyone mentioned that you sometimes bear an uncanny resemblance to Dame Julie Andrews? (baffling, as face shape and body type is all wrong). I think it's the smiles...and the grace, dignity, and talent you bring to the screen. Your inherent compassion and intuitive ability to gauge our abilities(😄) make me proud to be a subscriber. Today's workout was interesting, effective, and quite doable...Thank you so much🙏. Intend to work on the pushups too, over the week...your instructions are so precise! Super Tabata! I used to not like Tabata because Tabata usually includes difficult (burpees) or fast (jumping) exercises, which was difficult for me. And I really liked your workouts, Jules, and although I am doing the third level version, I am very impressed that my wonderful trainer carefully explains how to perform the exercises for people with any level of training. Loved it! When I saw that it was a lot of weights I got a little nervous...until I actually started doing it! And it went so fast that I was surprised when you said it was time to cool down. At the end my muscles were pretty tight so the stretches felt extra good today! Thank you Jules

This workout is definitely a good one for incorporating more strength. Personally I feel like the Tabata workouts go by fairly quickly so doing this workout 2-3 times a week might be a great way for you to get in more strength training (or any of the all-in-one workouts). Hi Jules, This was my 1st workout after the strength training ended and the way it felt kind of surprised me. The weights felt easier, the jogging a little harder. I very much enjoyed it but it almost felt like I was doing it for the first time! Thank you for this workout...I hope you will do more tabata workouts down the line!

I wanted to let you know that I am doing your interval series one. I am on week three. I am getting really amazing results. I am 68 and was finding it hard to walk. My walking is much better. I think I will get all my mobility back if I continue to do this series and then start your next interval series two. I will let you know when I get to that point. When I first lost weight in my 20's, I was doing a very similar program and I couldn't believe how quickly I lost weight. Intervals are great for seeing quick results. If you've been active for quite some time, you can definitely progress with heavier weights:) It'll help you to remain strong. Age is just a number...especially when you take care of your body and continue to exercise to stay strong.

8 lbs is great! I used 5 and 10 lbs in this workout. I never use really heavy weights in these workouts because I think it scares people off. When I'm on my own, I use 20 lbs for the deadlifts and 10-12 lbs for biceps. For shoulders and triceps, I use 5 lbs like I did in this video.
