I found your channels when you started the 2 week lose belly fat challenge and did the workouts. I also did this workout as well. I took a random picture of myself today because I wanted to do a length check on when I looked at the picture I was like wait a minute, I look like I’ve slimmed down. So I asked my daughter and she said yeah you look like you slimmed down some more. I’m very thankful I found your channel because I’ve been trying to find workouts that I can do that aren’t too easy and aren’t too hard for me. Again thank you!!!

I´m 50 and I´ve been doing this rutine (and others from your channel) 2/3 times a week for several months and the results are incredible. My inner thigh muscles are much more toned, firm and they also grew. Gave my legs a beautiful shape. Thank you so much !!!!

I always thought youtube HIIT workouts are crazy. I tried one a few years back and it just made me extremely nauseous. I've been following your workouts for the past week (I do 3 different HIIT workouts at a time every other day and go jogging the days after) and I absolutely love them! No nausea so far thank god. Your workouts are really low impact but work up a crazy sweat. This one, in particular, killed me. Couldn't make it to the fourth round but excited to give this a go again on my next HIIT day!!

These videos are amazing. I needed to step up my exercise, riding the bike and elliptical were no longer enough and these HIIT workouts are just what I need. I appreciate the various options for focused exercising and that I can break down my exercise time when needed to get in a quick workout. I look forward to the results in 30 days from this inner thigh workout.

By the end of round two, my inner thighs were burning! Your workouts are always a cut above the rest. They are incredibly effective with just the right amount of difficulty. I hope you will produce more lower body, inner-outer thigh and booty workouts. They are amazing!

Check out Small Waist and Round Booty and Love Handles & Outer Thigh. Add these workouts to your routine. Honestly, whatever you do from Mr&Mrs. Muscles, it is going to work the whole body.

I've never done an inner thigh workout before and while doing it i was doubting because it's manageable, but YHO!!! day after and my thighs are on fire!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😭😭🤣🤣🤣 love it!!

What I love about your workouts is they appear at first glance to be easy enough and then come round 3 I’m sweating and at the end of round 4 I’m dripping in sweat 😂 Sumo Squat and Side to Side!!!

I just completed only 2 rounds of this exercise, following the small waist , round booty exercise. The burn that I feel!!! I am going to incorporate this into my leg days! My inner thighs are one of my worst areas!! Please make more videos catered to the inner thighs! :-)

I completed this entire workout after doing Legs and Booty number 66. Big improvement from last week where I could only do two rounds. These exercises kicked my butt today!! Thank you! :-)

This showed me just how outta shape my legs r. O.m.g. Almost didnt do set 4-i had 2 take a mini break!! Great workout..😁💖💃 Update: Actually made it thru all 4. That shows me my muscles r growing!! So the next time shud b a breeze..😃💃 My hammies LOVE this workout..really good stretch..👍

@@Mrandmrsmuscle I am aware of the pain, I realized that it is only when I squat with weight, on the left thigh and on the upper front, plus this two days I took advantage of the weightless workouts for lower and 15 day challenge👏🏾😍

गुप्तांग के पास रहने वाला इनर थाय चरबी बढ गयी है. सिधा साधारण चलने मे बहुत समस्या आ रही है. इससे जांघो की चरबी कम होगी?? Please reply 😢
