I found your channels when you started the 2 week lose belly fat challenge and did the workouts. I also did this workout as well. I took a random picture of myself today because I wanted to do a length check on when I looked at the picture I was like wait a minute, I look like I’ve slimmed down. So I asked my daughter and she said yeah you look like you slimmed down some more. I’m very thankful I found your channel because I’ve been trying to find workouts that I can do that aren’t too easy and aren’t too hard for me. Again thank you!!!

I always thought youtube HIIT workouts are crazy. I tried one a few years back and it just made me extremely nauseous. I've been following your workouts for the past week (I do 3 different HIIT workouts at a time every other day and go jogging the days after) and I absolutely love them! No nausea so far thank god. Your workouts are really low impact but work up a crazy sweat. This one, in particular, killed me. Couldn't make it to the fourth round but excited to give this a go again on my next HIIT day!!

These videos are amazing. I needed to step up my exercise, riding the bike and elliptical were no longer enough and these HIIT workouts are just what I need. I appreciate the various options for focused exercising and that I can break down my exercise time when needed to get in a quick workout. By the end of round two, my inner thighs were burning! Your workouts are always a cut above the rest. They are incredibly effective with just the right amount of difficulty. I hope you will produce more lower body, inner-outer thigh and booty workouts. They are amazing!

What I love about your workouts is they appear at first glance to be easy enough and then come round 3 I’m sweating and at the end of round 4 I’m dripping in sweat 😂 Sumo Squat and Side to Side!!!

I just completed only 2 rounds of this exercise, following the small waist , round booty exercise. The burn that I feel!!! I am going to incorporate this into my leg days! My inner thighs are one of my worst areas!! Please make more videos catered to the inner thighs! :-)
