I really love these videos. You've helped me really stay consistent -- I don't know what I'm going to do once we reach the end of week 16!

Another great workout. My delts and traps are definitely on fire. Was wondering what the extra 10 or so minutes were on the video. So, I forwarded through to see. A recap is a great way to end the videos.

Great motivation, thanks James for giving us all these insights to your training. Have you ever had any experience with blood flow restriction training (bfr), where you restrict the blood flow in your arms or legs during the workout? I am curious to hear your opinion. Greetings from Germany. Chris

@@easychrissi1 happy to share my friend! 👊 So when BFR originally gained some popularity around 2015-2016 due to some science shared in Muscular Development magazine I tried it for a brief while. At the end of the day the biggest benefit is coming from the build up of metabolites in the muscle (aka the pump) and this metabolic stress is one signal for muscle growth. With that said it really wasn’t my thing as I preferred to focus more on getting a pump from slightly higher volume and slower rep tempo (greater TUT)
