Jeet Bhai mujhe meniscus tear hoaa tha and usse pehle mai jab bhi legs karta tha mujhe 3-4 days pain rehta tha lekin recovery ke bad mai jab legs karta hu abhi ke time to mujhe pain bas gym se nikalne ya bath time Tak hota hai usse bad hota hi nahi. Ye sahi hai ya mai kuch galat kar raha hu. And I also increase weights after 2 weeks or 1 week.

TOP 5 FOR LEGS: BARBELL BACK SQUATS - breathing lift - gluts squeeze - gluts and uper back tight -take air inside go down gluts out upto slightly beyond parallel position 3×10 concentrate failure (must warm up 1/2set 5/10 reps) LYING HAMSTRING CURLS: don't take so heavy weight otherwise gluts will pop-up 3×15 ( take warm up ) LEG EXTENSION: take weight which can only go upto 12 reps×3 ( concentrate failure) ROMANIAN DEADLIFT: 3×15 STANDING CALVES : loose knee - go down all the way up 3×15 ( strech in between sets) SEATED CALVES RAISES : 15×3
