Sir i am doing workouts for 150 days at home now i am ok but chest and belly fat are now low than previous but i want to make it low too ;sir i do many exercises at a day but i do not know what exercises particularly to do at a day ;sir please make a full video of all exercises at a day in home ;i can not afford gym ;i am now 18 and now going to join ug course so i can not afford gym ;sir apke video mujhe bohot accha lagte hai .sir please make such a full video; i need a propervideo to follow ;sir please ;and i do not take fast foods and now i contro my daily food quantity but i just need such a video to follow at home daily and sir you ar a expert and my favourite about workout ;so sir please make such a video

Sir i m a Dr by profession and i m having spinal stenosis from last 4 yr but now i m fully recovered from all symptoms like L.B.A and Bowl bladder incontinence numbness in left gluteal region nad left scrotum in 1 yr was of 81 kg now 76 kg and my waist was 34 now 32 but bich bich me backpain a jata hai please tell me some diet plan for my weight lose n fat lose also which exercise i shouldn't perform

Puri video me sabse zyada importance paid promotion ko diya jata hai .... Please remember you have fitness channel, dont make paid promotions as the most important part of the video ... "Bahaut zaroori baat batani hai aap logo ko aur wo zaroori baat nikli tanning" Please understand if someone coming on your channel, then us bande ke liye tanning wont be a priority !!

Reply dijiyega Mera left hand bachpan me frecture ho gya tha aur road bhi dali thi par voh nikal li thi usi time lekin jab bhi me work out karta hu to mere left hand par jyada pressure padta hai aur ab to aisa hua hai ki left hand ka biceps ban rahe hai lekin right hand me etna fark hi nahi pad rha. Jabki same wait or same reputation laga raha hun. Or jesa aapne sikhaya hai same kar raha hun fir bhi yhi dikkat hai. Please sir help 🙏🙏🙏🙏😔

Sir mujhe bhi 4 months huye hai i m on bulking so aesa jaruri hai ki gym se akr protein hi lena hai i m taking a shake of 300 ml of milk and 50 chama powder with dry fruits and then after 40 minute i take my breakfast like dalia with 4 egg whites is it good or consume egg firstly
