Been doing these stretches for the last ~2 months. Maybe 3-4 times a week for 10 minutes a day, and the difference is staggering. I'm 30 btw. This hasn't just affected the appearance of my legs, but it has had noticeable physical benefits. I feel more grounded on the balls of my feet, and I feel more balanced.

My brother had this issue and I watched him fix it ..get out the comment section and get to work. With the body almost anything is reversible. The Human body is the greatest human invention

Did they actually correct your knocked knees to any degree? And if so are you an adult or no because I’ve read and heard multiple times that it is not possible to correct knocked knees adults. Thank you!!

Yeah, they have gotten really better. The results were obvious after 1 week. And I'm 17

If I were you, I would have tried it. It is better than doing nothing A small tip Take a pic from your knees while you are standing then do the exercises for 1 week and take another pic from your knees and compare it with the first pic. The results will encourage you to continue. Hope it works❤

This routine feels AMAZING. Its shocking how much pain is reduced and how much relief i feel after the first time i did these. I can tell which leg is struggling for stability and strength and where (different in both legs). Im standing with this warm and groubded relief, and my knees arent sounding like cracking wood anymore. Ill be doing these exercises frequently and logging my results. Wonderful, helpful video, thank you!!

This is incredibly helpful and well-explained. It's absurd how difficult it is to find any nonsurgical advice on adult knock-knees. These exercises make total sense, given the force distribution it begets.

The inners of my legs were shaking after these stretches 😅 I never realized I was pigeon toed/knock kneed until my fiancé said something about it! Although mine isn’t very prominent I now know why I’ve always had knee pain with certain exercises.

One thing I'm noticing in my healing journey this year, many of the exercises I'm finding for this problem in my hips, or that problem for my knees, or that other problem for my core or lower back..... many corrective exercises for my 'different problems' are the same exercises. Showing me, once again, that my leg and back issues are issues with how I'm moving overall and not really individual issues as they seem, but part of a set of gears in what should be a well oiled machine so to speak.

@爱c yes i used to have pretty bad lower back pain. I fixed it with doing more core exercise work, and, oddly enough, glute squeezes through the day! haha

I sprained my back in July and the pain is definitely not same anymore but it's still there and I have been doing exercises but I can't do extreme exercises or some like mentioned in these videos bcz I have pains in like my knees and hips and back so it's difficult

IT CAN NOT !!! Unless your still in the "Child development" growth phase. I’m 33 now I was born with severe knocked knee syndrome or whatever medical term they call it. I seen plenty of different doctors since before my adolescent years , who suggested braces without surgery, different exercises and injections for the pain along with various pain medications smh eventually I was referred out to specialists and it wasn’t until last year I met with a team of doctors who explained this is something that CAN NOT be corrected without surgery and who’s plan finally made sense to me weather I liked it or not I trusted their medical advice. I mean not to be bashful at all but make this video make sense if your a fully formed adult how is stretches gonna realign bone ? 🤔 maybe help manage your symptoms that comes with this type of deformity but by no means will correct it. I had my first (right/worst) knee realignment surgery last yr July. I’m CURRENTLY recovering from my second (left) knee realignment surgery now. I don’t mean to be negative towards this video by no means. However I think it would be beneficial to share my personal experiences and truth with those who might be suffering from knocked knee syndrome like I was. PARENTS!! If you have a child who has knocked knees and is past the growth development stage which is typically 8 yrs old I believe. Please PLEASE!!! Do your child a favor and consult with a specialist not any orthopedic specialist but one who’s advice make sense to you. They will appreciate you more in the long run. It took me YRSSS to find my team and here we are (straight legged) but it’s much much more difficult to recover as an adult vs a child and symptoms WILL DEFINITELY worsen over time mainly PAIN and perhaps leading to total knee replacements. AVOID that and best of luck to all 🙏🏽♥️

​​@@nayabnadeem7406if you have flat feet you can focus on doing the exercises for the feet and lower legs. I got somewhat severe knock knees, due to having flat feet as a kid but it got better now that I'm an adult. Not totally straight but my feet are a lot closer, and I can make them touch if I push it but it won't be that comfortable. My feet are still somewhat flat but have gotten some curve, and it's mobility has gotten better too. I think what helped is that I got into karatedo, doing 3x training in a week as a teen and I still do the stretching and doing workouts as an adult. I also did put something in my shoes for some years to correct my feet. I'm 37 now.

I've been working out regularly for years but my knees have always been an issue. This video is extremely helpful in explaining my condition, and in working towards treatment. I have followed this regiment twice -- TWICE -- and noticed immediate results. I stand with my feet closer together, my gait is different when I walk, and my weight distributes differently on my feet. I'm also noticing a strengthening of the muscles in my feet which is hugely important for my fallen arches. Thank you for this!

I've found wearing shoes specifically designed to prevent over-pronation of the foot really helps too. The 2 I have had success with are: 1 - New Balance 1540 v3 (very expensive , around $170 and rarely go on sale. Rollbar to prevent excessive foot movement, graphite sole for shock absorption) 2- Asics gel kayano 28. More affordable, although still not cheap at about $96. I buy the AWL (all winter long) variation as they are water resistant and have a convenient pull tab in place of laces. These are now my go-to shoe for comfort and function.

I was taken to see the doctor as a child as i walked pigeon toed. Last year i went skiing for the first time and it was blatently obvious to me then just how "inward" my right leg was , so much more than my left! It made it almost impossible for me to change direction to the right as i just disnt have the arc of outward movement in my ankle, knee and hip ! I am going to start doing theae from today , hopefully theae may help to significantly reduce a lifelong issue 🙏🙏

thank you for sharing this video. I have knock knees everytime I look at my knees I'm so insecure and scared thinking that this is permanent. I thought only surgery could fix my knees, It was purely genetic when I got this knee. I am 19 years old and will try this exercise regularly. I hope few months from now I can see my progress

Well, I'm not sure actually if I have knock knees or not, this all started in 2022 when I got severe deficiency of Vitamin D. I wasn't even able to walk at that time. I talked about this with my doctor who was treating my tuberculosis (TB only caused this thing ig) he told me that I have deficiency of Vitamin D, but the bad thing was that I went to the doctor late, my legs started to look exactly like knock knees. I'm very insecure about my legs hope this works for me and everyone with knock knees. I'm 18 rn so hope this works faster as I read some comment saying that this works faster on younger kids.

If it's genetic, not much you can do after a certain age. All of these fix videos are people who didn't get it via genetics.

Those watching, before you do a glute bridge, please contract your inner abs to make your back flat against the floor first. Better to keep your abs engaged and not go so far up. You could hurt your low back 😬

I knew my knees had a problem 10years before they actually started to hurt! (Because of the cracking sounds they made) No doctor helped! And now with the pain, I was given bandages and told I might need surgery if it persists! I wish I had found this earlier! I just couldn’t give up and believe that there is no solution for knees! There are solutions for worse things!!! Glad I found this! Day 3 and I must say the excruciating pain in my knees has reduced! It still comes back when I carry my child for long but it is no longer painful when am not carrying heavy! Hoping to fix this! Before my knees hurt, my hips hurt so bad the whole 2 pregnancys and my knees also succumbed! Now when I carry my baby and go on a walk, it’s my hips that hurt which I see as a reverse! First it was the hips, then the knees, then both and now that the knees are getting better, I feel the pain in my hips but am hopeful that I will soon have no hip pain too! Can’t wait to try this out and see if it helps! It’s from this video that I noticed my knock knees! I never knew I had them and no one pointed it out to me!

Thank you I’ve been in some pain for weeks and haven’t stretched really due to traveling I did these this morning and omg I can already feel the difference in my pelvis my legs and my feet inner thighs and lower back nd base of my skull even my ears lol I will continue doing these daily and see what other improvements I get!!

Hey , I am 16 year old (girl) I am not sure that since then I have knock knees but it think i have knock knees since 2-3 years , i normaly have back pain , knees pain and difficulty in walking and bending i can't even jump i just think that i have lost my all power it was not like this before, before i can run really fast and was active also but now it's seems impossible , can you please tell me that can it be cured only by exercises because I really don't have any way except doing exercises at home because no one in my home is conserned about my legs because they don't have knowledge about that please tell me how to cure them and how my time will it take , please 🥺🙏

Hi I had the same problem as you and it happens because of the deficiency of vitamin d...our bones become really weak due to the lack of vitamin d and they start to bend...pls tell your parents and go see the doctor asap it can be corrected at this age.

I've been insecure about my legs since I was a teenager. I am a little overweight but it isn't severe (I want to stress that) and have complained to health care providers for years that my knees and feet hurt. I've mentioned my legs and they always just told me to lose weight. I hope this helps me.

This is useful information. Everything said is correct. By the age of 3 my legs were valgus and turning outward as well. As I grew older, this situation worsened. At the age of 10 I decided to do exercises that I created on my own, to try to bring my legs back to the straight position. And I did it every day, off and on, high reps for about five years and they straightened out. Which exercises? Most of these expressed in this video, plus a lot of free squats. By the way at 17 I made youth national record in the athletics 400 meters, which it proves everything corrected perfectly.

I’ve spent the last 54 years calling them knot knees. I had no idea it was actually knock knees. Knock knees makes a whole lot more sense.

For babies you can by special footwear by wearing that shoe 👟 you can recover your child knock nee naturally. Ask to your artho Dr about shoes.

I'm handicapped due to extreme spinal surgery years ago, I spent 6 years in a wheelchair, and started walking slowly but surely during covid while stuck at home. But because of weak hip muscles, my arches started to collapse, and was walking on flat feet. (With crutches)I had no idea I was doing any damage by continuing to walk on flat feet. Some of these exercises are difficult for me to do 😢 I can't stand very well, my posture is horrible, are there any easier exercises I can do?

Is there a way to kind of know whether it’s something that CAN be corrected and not the one that requires surgery? I have a feeling it has to do with my hips/glutes, but it think I’ve always had knock knees, and I am very active and fit.

I'm very active as well. The best way to tell if it's the type that can be corrected with physical therapy is to try it. Surgery is usually necessary if this is a genetic condition, but it doesn't hurt to give it a shot. The worst thing that'll happen is you won't see improvement after 6 months and then you'll know surgery is probably your best option.

Hi Sarah, it's more common in flat feet as this causes us to go into more internal rotation with the legs, but perhaps it's coming from your hips so I recommend trying out the pelvic exercises from the video! Hope this helps 😊

IT CAN NOT !!! Unless your still in the "Child development" growth phase. I’m 33 now I was born with severe knocked knee syndrome or whatever medical term they call it. I seen plenty of different doctors since before my adolescent years , who suggested braces without surgery, different exercises and injections for the pain along with various pain medications smh eventually I was referred out to specialists and it wasn’t until last year I met with a team of doctors who explained this is something that CAN NOT be corrected without surgery and who’s plan finally made sense to me weather I liked it or not I trusted their medical advice. I mean not to be bashful at all but make this video make sense if your a fully formed adult how is stretches gonna realign bone ? 🤔 maybe help manage your symptoms that comes with this type of deformity but by no means will correct it. I had my first (right/worst) knee realignment surgery last yr July. I’m CURRENTLY recovering from my second (left) knee realignment surgery BNO I don’t mean to be negative towards this video by no means. However I think it would be beneficial to share my personal experience and truth with those who might be suffering from knocked knee syndrome like I was. PARENTS!! If you have a child who has knocked knees and is past the growth development stage which is typically l 8 yrs old I believe. Please PLEASE!!! Do your child a favor and consult with a specialist not any orthopedic specialist but one who’s advice make sense to you. They will appreciate you more in the long run. It took me YRSSS to find my team and here we are (straight legged) 😜 but it’s much much more difficult to recover as an adult vs a child and symptoms WILL DEFINITELY worsen over time mainly PAIN and perhaps leading to total knee replacements. AVOID that and best of luck to all 🙏🏽♥️

I know this video is a year old but, thank you for this. I don't usually comment on videos. I am a toe walker and my knees aren't necessarily "knocked" to the serverity that others might have but they point inwards. I was looking into exercises to fill out my hip dips caused from well... never using them lol and this video really explained why my knees are the way they are as well as adding exercises to fill out the hips as well. I was just going to fully accept that the years of walking the way I did just deformed my bones but this makes sense and is very helpful. I'm going to start as soon as I pick up some resistance bands and practice as much as I can without hurting myself (and skipping the squats because my heels hate the floor.) Thank you.

​@@Dumbass_20z you have anterior pelvic tilt right? if yes then you 90% chance you also have flat feet, so do this 1, use Arch Support For Flat Feet 2, do the e.x i forgot the name, where you make your leg z sign as you stretch it to make your leg get to its natural position 3, strength your abs to support your pelvic not rotate anterior and add more knock knees to your knees 100% you will see great difference! lets forget how great the z stretch is but by even adding your wearable sole every time you walk you align your knocknees to get back to there natural position. with out any excercise and hece your anterior pelvic tilt will change too just you can see the difference in your knees if you position your feet in natural position consceously

I cannot speak on behalf of an expert, but I am doing these exercises every other day with yoga in between. I've found I get very sore after these sessions, so yoga stretches me back out. I have no issue doing leg exercises and also this regiment. You may be aware that you're lifting and walking a little differently but that isn't a bad thing. Just go slow and ease into it, ok?
