Well done you did great. Always remember 70 present diet play a role and 30 present our exercise or walk. Eat everything.all vegiitables and fruits. Only stop all sweets and rice. Any one will see a huge positive results in their weight.😊😊😊😊😊

بلکل ٹھیک کہا آپ نے کیونکہ میں روزانہ 4 سے 8 کلومیٹر تک Running کرتا ہوں اسکے ساتھ Cardio اور Muscle gain کیلئے weight lefting کرتا ہوں Gym میں مجھے ڈیلی تقریباََ 1800 کلوریز ریکوائر ہوتے ہیں جبکہ میں صرف 700 کلوریز ایک دن میں لیتا ہو جبکہ مکلمل ورک آوٹ کے دوران میں تقریباََ 900 تا 1300 کلوریز Burn کرتا ہوں۔۔۔تب جاکے ایک مہینے میں میرا تقریباََ 4.6 کلوگرام تک وزن Reduce ہوجاتا ہے۔۔۔۔۔اور اس لڑکی نے یہ جو چار ماہ میں وزن کم کیا ہے یہ وقتی ہوگا۔

@@nuwairaAhmer : Aap carb manager app download karo usme. Aap ke macro aa jaayega. Suppose weight 80 kgs hai. Aap 80 grams fat le sakhte hai. Example. 1. Keto coffee ( 10 gram butter or ghee + 10 gram coconut oil) - as breakfast 2. Lunch - palak/ broccoli/ zucchini made with 30 gram butter / olive oil/ ghee 3. Dinner - chicken ( 250 gram) / 4 eggs / 200 gram fish/ 200 gram beaf with 30 gram butter / olive oil / ghee 3-4 liter water must. Intermittent fasting 16-17 hours

@@rashmasultana3493 hi its normal green tea, i eat 2 boiled eggs in the morning and eat dinner(fish and chicken) eat less than usual. and i have mentioned about the milk but i do drink milk tea coz its hard to drink green tea only.. good luck

Idk how her body works , but my diet is only 4 eggs and dry fruit only in one day and then i was able to lose 5 kgs in 1 month and with intense workouts and after break of 1 month i didn't gain weight keto diet makes you gain soon after you stop on being track. Congrats to this girl for her hardwork but eating pakorai isn't any weightloss procedure ,ive starved myself and that is actual hard work. I don't recommend keto diet to any person who have been obese and chubby there whole life

Actually everything depend on being in a caloric defecit. You dont need to stop any specific food group to reduce weight. Hope you did weight training instead of just cardio.

Eat fat so your body dont go into saving mode and start making fats itself. Eat everything whole no processed food and cut down little on carb (esp rice roti potato )you will loose more.

​@@emilydunza09 starving is not good and also not long term solution. eat lean protein ( chicken breast ) , alot of vegetables, these will keep you full for longer time because protein has satiating effect , and takes more energy by body to burn. you can even drink diet soda , because that have almost 0 calories. eat atleast 3 hours before sleeping. in Gym do weight training. dont worry about getting huge muscles , because girls have natural limits so they wont get huge muscles like boys unless you take steroid injections. You highest proriety should be eating lean proteins ( egg whites , chicken breast etc ) you may also use low fat greek yugurt if you like. Never starve. I'll tell you a diet. In morning drink a glass of hot water Then in breakfast eat half meal instead of whole. Before lunch drink water with lemon. And eat half of your meal. Do dinner 2 hours before sleep half your meal. At night drink any weight lose drink or tea. It is help full . If you fell hungry drink alot of water

Not trynna demotivate anybody here; but being a nutritionist what i believe is that . A diet that you can not follow for the rest of your life is useless. You might lose a lot of weight but it will come back againwhen you again start eating right? Fir a healthy weightloss and for maintaining you healthy body weight you need to learn how not to binge eat and eat from every food group to dtay healthy. People that want to lose weight in a healthy way give a try to portion control.

The problem with Keto diet is it's flour is very expensive. Our South Asians meal doesn't complete without wheat flour, rice, sugar & we need to quit these ingredients in Keto diet. The cheapest keto flour you could find is Flaxseed flour.

Well done.I have done keto diet and lost 7 keto.I didn't do very strict. But still I lost weight.I made besan chela to eat as a roti.coconut oil can use.which is not too excessive. I had bullet coffee. I used coconut oil for that and lunch salad and boiled eggs,vegetables with fish or chicken and chicken soup,kebab and salad.for dessert i had full fat yourgot wit blue berries.strawberries,dark chocolate. I followed lost of you tube recipes.

میں نے وزن کم کیا۔ ناشتہ 2 سلائس انڈہ۔ رات کو 2 روٹی سالن۔ 3 ٹائم چاہے چینی کے بنا۔ اور ایک بار ٹک بسکٹ۔ کبھی کبھار فروٹ بھی۔ اور 1 گھنٹہ جوگنگ ۔ کبھی کبھی 30 منٹ اضافہ بھی کیا۔

You can loose weight quickly but this diet also has adverse effects on your health which comes later, like it increases your blood cholesterol level and may lead to high blood pressure. Do follow a proper balanced diet including all nutritional elements with a little exercise daily.
