It’s been 5 days since I have started this workout and I actually enjoy it. I hope I get good results. Hey guys, I have been exercising this from about7-8 days and at first, I thought that I didn’t grew but after 2 days my parents said to me that there’s a little difference in your height and also weight. So I quickly with the help of my mother measured my height and I grew an inch. I am so happy. I hope you would also grow. Thankyou shirlyn

@@ohyouknowme4813 Sadly no, I kinda shrunk after undergoing stress and stopped my growth exercises so I went back to 165 cm but I continue my fitness journey still feeling confident and tall despite staying 165 cm I'm already 20 I passed my birth month this year

Current height: 152cm Age: 14 Ok so I've been doing this for 4 days and when I check my height I feels a little different. I'll be updating if i see some changes again.I'll say how many week and how much centimeters I've grown. • week-1: 1cm •week-2: somewhat same but feels energetic. •week-3: ok i hadn't done it for 4-5days bcz of periods. But ya I'm doing it now. Doesn't feel much difference maybe bcz i couldn't do it regularly and I got to eat healthy food also.

This makes me really happy! I'm a pre teen but I'm only 4'11. The rest of my friends are 5'2 already. Although being short has its perks because I generally look younger than my friends I still feel a bit of envy. So, my goal is 5'1 at least.

Doing this for a month along with other workouts! x Before: I have a flat stomach and a little bit of toned muscle, but i have a little bit of muffin top fat on the sides of my waist. I am currently about 5'0 and I would like to grow taller. Il update resultes every week. Im doing this workout along with the 7 minute flat belly workout. I am on no diet and am drinking 8 cups of water a day. Day 1: done Day 2: done Day 3: done Day 4: done Day 5: done Day 6: done Day 7: done WEEK ONE DONE WOOO! Okay so i lost a bit of love handle fat, and my stomach overall looks toned, and my calves grew a little bit i think!! update: i got covid for a week so im re starting Week one again: Day 1: done Day 2 : done Day 3: done Day 4: done Day 5: done Okay so i am alot slimmer and i grew 3 cm... I dont count weight but i am very happy with my body, i am moving on to doing her dance workouts.

Started today 5 of August will keep updating... Day 1:- kinda exhausted and sweaty but didn't get sore because i am a little flexible. ✅ Day 2:- Still exhausted but not much and no pain at all✅ Day 3:- all comfortable no pain doing well😊✅.

i am going to be doing this work out for a week with another workout to see if it helps me to lose belly fat , increase in height and form hourglass shape on me(i am a rectangle though i know this can't help me change my body shape but i want to lose some inches off my waist) . i have tried many workouts but i just can't lose weight so i am expecting for it to work height - 153cm day 1- it was easy day2-i did not do this but did her other workouts day 3- i was sweating a lot while doing this and my calves hurt Day -4 I did it and my legs are hurting day 5- i did not do this but did her other workouts day 6- i did this and am noticing some changes like my legs appear longer than before

Heyy I did this workout almost throughout the month of April well there's no sudden increase in height ( only a slighter increasment can be seen in my case) instead of that it somewhat shaped my body.
