​@zigwil153 Not just against the ropes...she designed the ropes, produced the ropes, dragged an innocent, unarmed man into the ropes and handcuffed him, berated him, blamed him for all the problems that she created. Came up with all the lies later to try to explain her psychotic behavior. She said she's so worried about a gun he might have but she never searches him or the personal items he left behind but she spends time to berate and point fingers in his face while he sits on the hot pavement. I'd call her a trainwreck but I don't want to disparage wrecked trains.

Yup, she even claims she was keeping HIM safe by pointing a gun at him and ordering him on the ground... who was the danger there, her? The only person pointing guns around?

Treating the guy without a gun like the guy with the gun then treating the guy with the gun like hes not even armed with a gun. It was known, called in, reported multiple times, and stated on the 911 calls where it was located, on what person and what the person was wearing. This muppet should have never ever been allowed even near a firearm, ever.
