Dude, this routine does give you strenght. Like the first time I tried it last week, maybe on tuesday, I would last like 2 minutes into it. Now I'm on seven and half lol I don't know how I'm typing this with the amount of heat I'm feeling on both of my elbows atm haha

@@yuh2597 i know you asked this 9 months ago but I'd recommend stretching before any exercise tbh (except with certain weight lifting exercises)thats at least what my sports teacher taught us to do.

Hi Nina, I have done your arms, abs and legs workout consistently for almost 3 weeks and they are the most effective workouts I've done! I personally don't like pain, but doing your workouts have really pushed me out of my confort zone and I've seen fast and great results! I got compliments for my toned body and I've gotten more confident and stronger after doing your workouts every single day. I didn't even have to measure my thighs to see the improvement, it's so magical. I've never seen them so toned before. And this arm workout, PHEW, I was sweating since I have a weak upper body 😂 I had to flap my arms around because it burns so much! Thank you Nina for your positive and wonderful workouts. Day #1- ✅ IT BURNED SO MUCH AND I ONLY PUT MY ARMS DOWN ONCE! Day #2- ✅ put my arms down like 5 times, definitely was harder then yesterday I honestly think I put more effort then I did yesterday too. Day #3- ✅ put my arms down like 2 times no difference same as yesterday ngl. Day #4- ✅ did it earlier today cus I'm going to a party at the usual time I do it. Definitely felt the burn, there is a slight difference and I feel different. / Day #4 edit: yeah.. so I ended up doing this exercise 3 more times...and there is no difference, hope I see one tomorrow morning or I'ma be really disappointed 😔 Day #5- ✅ slight difference not the kinda difference that anyone can notice tho. Day #6- ✅ felt good, didn't put my arms down, might also do a few more of her arm exercises today Day #7- ✅ Done with week #1! Never burned this much before, I ended up doing 3 extreme exercises yesterday and my body is really sore today! 🔥 Took a 2 day break! Might take 2 day breaks at the end of every week. ( this is week 2 of my arm journey. Bc I did another exercise before this one for a week.I have 6 weeks to go!) Day #8- ✅ felt suppwr insecure today and originaly wasnt gonna do it but i oushed myself and did it 💪🏼 Day #9- ✅ Done Day #10- ✅ Done didn't put my arms down at all😊 Day #11- ✅ put my arms down a few times mainly bc I was balling my eyes out and had to wipe them. This is actually working. I see light toning all over. D5: Skipped. D6: Since I skipped D5 (my mistake), I did two rounds of Nina's workout. D7: Skipped. D8: Skipped. D9: Done. Did the whole workout three times. I can see a LOT of definition in my collar bone. D10: Done. D11: Done. This works. I definitely see definition in my arms. I’m doing both parts Rn + 100 crunches, 30 leg raises and 40 mountain climbers + 40 sec plank, Results I’ve seen from this workout, I’ve been doing this for 5 days, Stronger arms I’m able to do these so much more easier since these do help thin the biceps and also to help build muscle in your arms, My biceps generally seem thinner my beceps are kind of round and chubby not rlly that big, but they seem like 1 inch smaller and I’m loving it! I’m gonna do this for another week or two so I’ll be even more happy with my arms! I’m rlly happy to see how much more results I can get since these do give you MANY results if you do these consistently and do both parts. I’m also Doing my own workouts too

trying this every sat, tue, thurs, of the month of june along with pamela reif's 6 min abs! week 1: ✅ my elbows burned a ton but it felt really nice after! week 2: ✅ i already see results!! before, when i wore tank tops, the fat around my armpits was very visible but now it is barely noticeable already! i'm so amazed but i will keep going! ( the ab workout was really fun aswell and i've done it for a long time so i have visible ab lines but i still want to get more toned and strengthen my muscles! 💪 week 3: ✔️ this workout is INSANELY effective and it burns so badly!

ok i'm going to do this workout for a week and i already know that this workout is gonna work because i tried this before and i arms got slim in just few days (2 to 3 days) but then i got lazy and i stopped doing but i'm gonna do this now. day 1 = i did this without any break . day 2 = workout is done , i was feeling a little tired but i still did it . Day 3 = workout went smooth and i can not believe my arms got slimmer in just 3 days. This workout is worth it. day 4 = i did not do my workout because of some personal issues. day 5 = done..... day 6 = done day 7 = done

i’m trying to get more fit and i am doing part one and part two of this workout for as long as i can go, so here we go! day 1: very hard to keep my arms up but i did the workout, i already feel better about my arms :) will be back to update every day!

Imma start this cuz why not Day 1: ✅ kinda sore but feeling the burn Day 2: ✅I see a little more definition but I wanna see a little bit more so I’ll keep going. Day3:✅honestly kinda easier and I didn’t sweat at all. Not much visible difference yet tho Day 4: Had no time I was doing an exam Day 5: ✅did it! kinda sore but I am glad I did it

I'm going to keep doing this as long as I can. (by the way I have pronation and supination problems of both of my elbows and hands bilaterally, suffering from little pain when moving my arms. - so I had SOME changes to the workout, not much). If I was able to do it, you can as well!! Also my arms are quite fat lol, so I think itll take some time to see proper changes. LET'S GO ~ Day 1: ✅ hurts alot, but went through it! ~Day 2: ✅ same, but it's okay! ~Day 3: ✅ ~Day 4: ✅ much easier doesn't hurt, very little ~Day 5 : tick ✅ see some changes yipee ~Day 5: ❌ didn't do this arm workout, but done other workouts ~Day 6: ❌ didn't have time, done short workout for my legs ~Day 7: ✅ defo much easier, noticeable, slight change ~Day 8: ✅ done it with a busy day yaya!!

@@b265 it took like a week to see results but they got prettier every single day after that, and my visual results is I had flabby arms that made me embarrassed, now I have thin toned barbie arms :,)
