After such a long time I FINALLY did this workout without putting my arms down!!! Thank you for helping me not only slim down my arms but opening my eyes see that I am much stronger than I realize or give myself credit for!!

@@zr9425 It's aim is to slim and tone. For me, I personally seen results after 3 days, however, I've always had fairly slim arms, yet, this slimmed them down even more, and!!! toned them!

​@@yuh2597 i know you asked this 9 months ago but I'd recommend stretching before any exercise tbh (except with certain weight lifting exercises)thats at least what my sports teacher taught us to do.

Dude, this routine does give you strenght. Like the first time I tried it last week, maybe on tuesday, I would last like 2 minutes into it. Now I'm on seven and half lol I don't know how I'm typing this with the amount of heat I'm feeling on both of my elbows atm haha

Nina, you have no idea, one day I was bored and then I found you, and gurl... I did 4 of your arm workouts and I could feel my arms toned even in the first day like wha?!?!? Thank you so much, fat arms was one of my biggest insecurities and now its gone! (I'm on day 5)

I've been doing this and her other arm workout for a week now and I'm telling yall this is what you're looking for . I can see the results already. Thank you Nina for your amazing workouts. I've been doing Part 1 for 2 days and this is me doing both part 1 and part 2 together untill I see results that i am satisfied with. Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ (put a little pressure in my neck and ended up having a slight neck pain today) Day 5: ❌ (really didnt had time at all but will do it TWICE tomorrow) Day 6: ✅ Morning ✅(Normal Time) ✅ Day 7: ✅ *I am seeing a slight difference* Day 8: ❌ (Super tired today ... but will do TWICE tmw) Day 9: ✅Morning ✅Normal Time ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅

Ok so apparently people have been seeing results in 3 days , so I will try this workout ... I started from yesterday ( I do the workout once a day without any other workouts ) Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ (my biceps are kinda toned now) Day 4 ✅ (my arms kinda look slim) ✅ ( Did it one more time in the evening because I absolutely love this workout ☺️ ) Day 5✅ (Did it with her part 1 of this workout , my arms are literally dying lol) Day 6 ✅ (felt unmotivated today , still did the workout once at night) Day 7 ✅

trying this every sat, tue, thurs, of the month of june along with pamela reif's 6 min abs! week 1: ✅ my elbows burned a ton but it felt really nice after! week 2: ✅ i already see results!! before, when i wore tank tops, the fat around my armpits was very visible but now it is barely noticeable already! i'm so amazed but i will keep going! ( the ab workout was really fun aswell and i've done it for a long time so i have visible ab lines but i still want to get more toned and strengthen my muscles! 💪 week 3: ✔️ this workout is INSANELY effective and it burns so badly!

Day 1: ✅ Starting...... I only have a pinch or inches amount of arm fat. But they just dont wanna go, you know? Day 2: Can't see any difference but I'll keep going. Day 3: Just saw a little difference in my arms in inches. Day 5: Seeing more results day by day in inches but not completely slim. I'm okay with that. Cuz I'm patient and I'll keep going.😌

This one I was doing today for the first time, but your another arm workout which lasts 7,5 mins, I was doing everyday for 1 month... They work amazing for my arms... your workouts are killers, but so effective at same time... this is my first time doing it and hands down (literally) this is the most difficult workout ever. idk how im typing aaahhh! but i love it!!

Day #1- ✅ IT BURNED SO MUCH AND I ONLY PUT MY ARMS DOWN ONCE! Day #2- ✅ put my arms down like 5 times, definitely was harder then yesterday I honestly think I put more effort then I did yesterday too. Day #3- ✅ put my arms down like 2 times no difference same as yesterday ngl. Day #4- ✅ did it earlier today cus I'm going to a party at the usual time I do it. Definitely felt the burn, there is a slight difference and I feel different. / Day #4 edit: yeah.. so I ended up doing this exercise 3 more times...and there is no difference, hope I see one tomorrow morning or I'ma be really disappointed 😔 Day #5- ✅ slight difference not the kinda difference that anyone can notice tho. Day #6- ✅ felt good, didn't put my arms down, might also do a few more of her arm exercises today Day #7- ✅ Done with week #1! Never burned this much before, I ended up doing 3 extreme exercises yesterday and my body is really sore today! 🔥 Took a 2 day break! Might take 2 day breaks at the end of every week. ( this is week 2 of my arm journey. Bc I did another exercise before this one for a week.I have 6 weeks to go!) Day #8- ✅ felt suppwr insecure today and originaly wasnt gonna do it but i oushed myself and did it 💪🏼 Day #9- ✅ Done Day #10- ✅ Done didn't put my arms down at all😊 Day #11- ✅ put my arms down a few times mainly bc I was balling my eyes out and had to wipe them. Def felt the burn tho 💋💪🏼

been doing this for almost 3 weeks together with 7 mins extreme arm burn of holly dolke and 10 mins collarbone of emi wong... the results are amazing! my collarbones are just popping out and my shoulders are more define. my arm fat has been decreased dramastically as well. i am now seeing some muscles 🥰 IM SO INLOVE WITH MY BODY RN!!! thank you so much for this workout it gaves me so much confidence! lovelots nina from philippines 😘

Going to do this for ten days. Will report back. D1: Done. This was tough, oof. But I managed through it. D2: Done. Hurts like hellll. D3: Done. Arms hurt but this is good. D4: Done. This is actually working. I see light toning all over. D5: Skipped. D6: Since I skipped D5 (my mistake), I did two rounds of Nina's workout. D7: Skipped. D8: Skipped. D9: Done. Did the whole workout three times. I can see a LOT of definition in my collar bone. D10: Done. D11: Done. This works. I definitely see definition in my arms. Sadly, I didn't measure at the beginning but I'll do that for her other arm workout. Thanks again, Nina.

I’m doing both parts Rn + 100 crunches, 30 leg raises and 40 mountain climbers + 40 sec plank, Results I’ve seen from this workout, I’ve been doing this for 5 days, Stronger arms I’m able to do these so much more easier since these do help thin the biceps and also to help build muscle in your arms, My biceps generally seem thinner my beceps are kind of round and chubby not rlly that big, but they seem like 1 inch smaller and I’m loving it! I’m gonna do this for another week or two so I’ll be even more happy with my arms! I’m rlly happy to see how much more results I can get since these do give you MANY results if you do these consistently and do both parts. I’m also Doing my own workouts too

okay so i have been doing this workout for 13days and im actually seeing difference like my arms got smaller and all (i have flabby arms btw) actually i did nina dapper’s another arm workout for like 4days then i saw this and decided to do this workout only because the comments are convincing sometimes i do it 2 times a day im going to continue doing this workout bc i want my arms really slim and lean

I’m so thankful for this video 💙🖤 a few months ago I hated my arms and everyday I switch between this and the video of you in the pink outfit and my arms have never been more beautiful 😩😩💙🖤💙 they’re so thin and feminine now n look amazing like a Barbie in my pictures I’m so thankful for your arm workout videos 😭😭🖤🤍🖤

@@b265 it took like a week to see results but they got prettier every single day after that, and my visual results is I had flabby arms that made me embarrassed, now I have thin toned barbie arms :,)

Imma start this cuz why not Day 1: ✅ kinda sore but feeling the burn Day 2: ✅I see a little more definition but I wanna see a little bit more so I’ll keep going. Day3:✅honestly kinda easier and I didn’t sweat at all. Not much visible difference yet tho Day 4: Had no time I was doing an exam Day 5: ✅did it! kinda sore but I am glad I did it

ok i'm going to do this workout for a week and i already know that this workout is gonna work because i tried this before and i arms got slim in just few days (2 to 3 days) but then i got lazy and i stopped doing but i'm gonna do this now. day 1 = i did this without any break . day 2 = workout is done , i was feeling a little tired but i still did it . Day 3 = workout went smooth and i can not believe my arms got slimmer in just 3 days. This workout is worth it. day 4 = i did not do my workout because of some personal issues. day 5 = done..... day 6 = done day 7 = done
